This place is a complete RIP-OFF. I don't understand why they would charge $72 for a 30-day temporary tag when the actual DMV only charges $1. This should be price gouging which is illegal. I'd rather wait and go to the DMV in person or simply do it online.

When I called, a guy said, "Can I put you on hold while I finish this up?" The first time I said, "Yeah, no problem."....Then he never came back on the phone.....So I hung up and tried again....he answered and said the exact same thing....and I tried to say, "I just have one quick question." but he cut me off and immediately put me on hold...and never got back on the phone.... Clearly this is a lazy teenager...but I am abroad...it is very difficult to call abroad in general....I wish that they hired actual adults so that I am not wasting my time....

IF YOU ARE A WOMAN…. DO NOT GO HERE!!! DO NOT GO HERE! THEY CHARGE YOU FOR SERVICES AND THEN, AFTER YOU PAY, TELL YOU THEY CANNOT DELIVER BECAUSE THE DMV IS CLOSED. lmao… AFTER I paid they told me the rules and how things work and what they can and cannot do. Customer service goes a long way and the 2 gentleman that work here are amazing. Thats why I been going to this one for years. Emilio usually helps me out and he is patient and kind. So is the other guy who's name tag I didnt see, glasses shoulder lenght hair. I wanna point out yesterday when I was there they had an upset customer over some DMV fees out of the gentleman control and he handled that upset guest very well. He was empathetic and patient. Its just nice to see and get good service in a world full of rude people. Keep up the good work
