Innovation isn't always what's best.
Pros:The benefits were great Got products to try for customer service Events like the company Christmas party were amazing Used to get holidays off Cons:The new CEO is horrible Always innovating, even if it wasn't necessary Above average high-paced Forced to learn more than one department Advice to Management:If it isn't broken don't fix it!! Ryan is a terrible CEO and is leading the company to ruin. Ever since he got in, the company has been taking a nose-dive. Since he started, we've had to change different programs, use more than the one, they dialed back on employees so we had to learn multiple departments' worth of work which is way too much information for the average person, and working at the cal center felt like we had been treated like 2nd class citizens. They didn't even care to keep food for us at the events at corporate. It was horrible treatment. Sure, the benefits and products were nice. But not even the Christmas parties became fun to go to anymore in recent years. A decade ago we would get holidays off like corporate and the warehouse, but then that stopped. We were also never told about promotions before they started sometimes so we looked incompetent to callers. Overall moving forward too fast earned them laying off all their good employees and outsourcing to the Philippines who take on other companies and don't even care about Nu Skin's services to the extent we did. And unless you didn't want to be over a team, there were no real incentives to move up. Hardly any career advancement.
I have used Nu Skin for 30 years. Last month when I traveled, their makeup bottles blew up in my carry on bags. The top of the bottle blew off and broke, making it unusable and the make up sprayed all over my makeup bag. The rest of my makeup and products from other companies were perfectly fine. NuSkin would not replace their defective bottles or my makeup. I am no longer a customer.

Good Company Going Through a Difficult Time
Pros:There are a lot of really good people who work for Nu Skin. The benefits and pay are pretty good. Cons:MLM companies are really struggling and Nu Skin has not been able to avoid issues that have been impacting many MLM companies. They have done many rounds of layoffs over the past 5 years and continue to do so. Advice to Management:Discontinue all your sponsorships that cost millions annually so you can afford to keep employees.

I've tried the AP 24 Whitening Fluoride Toothpaste for 4 months with no results. I'm a flight attendant so I bought 2 tubes for $48. One for home and one in my suitcase. I'm embarrassed at how yellow my teeth are. These photos are from 11/11/24, 9/24/24, 9/3/24, and 8/8/24 My teeth were whiter before I started using it.
