Fake products, avoid this site
Nothing worked, complete waste of time. Well, this is definitely the last time I'm leaving a review or buying anything from NuPep because it's not so much about the money, but rather the damn waste of time. Honestly, don't even bother buying anything from this site; all their products are completely fake, it's a scam. I tried their bottled 1P-LSD, and even after taking the whole bottle myself, I had absolutely no effect. It was just bottled water. So, to avoid judging too quickly, I ordered five "Superman" pills of Viagra and Cialis, and again, taking all five had no effect. Another scam of fake products sold as drugs.

Horrible businesa
Stay away from this horribly run business. Took forever to send out and arrive...was missing product and some wasn't as advertised. Customer service was pitiful..even gaslit me.
Buy anywhere else..save yourself the headaches. They are not worth your business whatsoever

Extremely disappointed. Delivery was advertised as 3-5 business days on website, I confirmed with customer service that told me 5-7 business days.
Item did not arrive for more than 2 weeks because they did not enter my shipping address correctly. I wanted to enjoy during the christmas holidays but item has still not arrived in January.
Extremely poor service for the high prices. Would not recommend

Buyer Beware
Never had a problem before, however my latest order was never received, I followed instructions and money was deposited. I contacted support providing receipts and screenshots, after that my emails weren't being delivered and still have received no refund or products. Buyer Beware.

I really don’t know how so many reviews say these guys aren’t legit?
Been ordering for months and they’ve never missed a delivery. They give big discounts. They give free edibles or PR’s with orders. They offer free shipping. They have a rewards system! Unless things have truly fallen off in recent months…wtf? I just placed an order so I guess we’ll see…

AVOID: Order Cancellation Scam and Zero Support!!
The online ordering process was terrible, but the cancellation system is a scam. I successfully canceled my order and received confirmation before it was processed both on the web site and with customer service via my initial email to Nupep yet payment was kept and I was charged anyway. Regarding the charges, support provided only useless, automated responses that offered zero transparency and or actual answers. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

Two incorrect orders in a row and no response
I didn't get 2 out of 5 items that I ordered. I tried to email them at the address listed for issues and also wrote to them on the chat. My last order I went sent the wrong quantities (25 capsules instead of 30 for the mushroom microdosing) for 5 bottles. I made many attempts to contact them that time and received no response then either.

IT ARRIVED
My package arrived today. I put my order in on the 27th of September. I expected it to be late with Canada Post being on strike. I received everything that I had ordered. After reading the reviews I was skeptical of the package coming. I followed the instructions correctly and the package arrived. Great prices and I'll be ordering from this site again.

Stay clear... unless you want to lose your money
If i could give 0 stars thats what they'd get. This was my first time ordering with this company. I dont recommend them. Pretty sure they stole my money. I have sent a few emails, first because I didnt get a temp password sent as stated when creating an account. I have requested to have my money sent back as well. No emails returned. If something changes I will update my review to reflect their actions

I ordered on Tuesday August 26th, got my order on Tuesday September 2nd. Some people mentioned they didn’t get a tracking number but I did. The whole process was great from start to finish and the product was awesome . I’ll be ordering again
