The experience at Noula was an awsome journey worth attending and the owner Mark brings that experience to life. It's hard to find authentic haitian food with quality and it brings more then quality to your table. You get all the food you would dream of eating straight in the palm of your hand and stomach. The food is hot and fresh with room for leftovers. Plus they are not cheap with the griot and give you awsome big pieces with less grease 😉. Come out and spend some time at this wonder spot, you won't regret it and your stomach won't either.
Everything I ordered had great taste. I didn't like that the shrimp on my appetizer were all overcooked and chewy, the oxtail is not tender at all & the meat was rather hard. The fry chicken plate I ordered came with a piece & 1/2 of fry chicken (super small)... you barely got any meat at all on the plate - unfortunately, these are a few things that made my experience disappointing.
From the moment we walked in, to ordering and getting served, everything was amazing. The staff were polite and professional. The food is absolutely amazing. I had the red snapper with black rice and plantains and a side of spicy sauce. I enjoyed myself to the max and will definitely recommend. It’s my first time and I was very impressed. Thank you Noula. I’m coming back soon.
Today, I had the pleasure of dining at Noula, a Haitian restaurant that left a lasting impression on me and my family. I went with my sister and my 6-year-old nephew, who happens to be quite the picky eater. To my surprise, he absolutely loved the food! We ordered fish, goat, and three types of rice, and every single dish was incredible.
What really stood out, though, was the customer service. From the moment we walked in, we were treated like family. The manager even took the time to sit with us, chat, and promise that we would be wowed by the food—and he didn’t disappoint. I’ve never experienced such warm and attentive service at a Haitian restaurant before.
The ambiance at Noula brought me back to my childhood in Haiti. The music was so nostalgic, I nearly shed a tear. It was a powerful reminder of home, and it made the meal even more special.
Noula isn’t just a restaurant; it’s a place where you feel connected—to the food, the culture, and the people. I’ll definitely be back, not just for the amazing food but for the entire experience. If you’re looking for a taste of Haiti and a place that feels like home, Noula is where you need to be.
