They were awesome to deal with. Knowledgeable, efficient, well prepared, and didn't overcharge. I really couldn't picture going with anyone else after working with them (I'd recently had a mediocre experience with another notary).

Unbelievably poor service. When I called to confirm my appointment, I was told it was scheduled for the following day—even though I had received a reminder clearly confirming the correct date. To make matters worse, when I contacted the 1-800 number to reschedule, no one could explain why the notary had randomly canceled or why their system supposedly showed conflicting information. Absolutely unacceptable level of organization and accountability.

I had in person paid confirmed appointment booking with a lawyer in Moncton NB, and she said there is no appointment once I went there at 8.30am. Worst customer service.

Terrible service. I used Notary Pro to book the appointment and pay for the service. When I arrived at the office, the notary had received neither notification nor money. When I phoned Notary Pro to com-lain, I received a long list of advertisements and was then disconnected; I couldn't talk to a human being.
