We haven’t had our blinds fitted yet so will update in December but must congratulate Norwich sunblinds on their excellent customer services so far. Julian came to visit and measure up and I couldn’t be more impressed. He was delightful, showed me samples of the blinds I wanted and advised on what would suit best. He was polite and friendly and a pleasure to meet. So much so I decided to place an order straight away and cancel an appointment with a competitor. Top marks Julian, no pressure just honest decent service.

The fly screens were fitted to the conservatory doors very quickly, and are excellent. They are almost invisible as the cat can confirm the first time she tried to run out of what she thought was an open door!

There was a blip at the beginning and I felt the communication from fitter was not good - only one of my two blinds on board and the second having to be fitted on a separate occasion. However, the second occasion was very good. Ian, the fitter was absolutely lovely - efficient, quiet, very pleasant and charming. I am pleased with my blinds in the end.

Not really Norwich Sunblinds as they're in Attleborough. Only popped in to look at some of their blinds. It's basically a small showroom with all the manufacturing behind. Lead times on orders are 6-8 weeks. They prefer you call them to arrange a visit where they'll measure up and show samples. Their showroom doesn't really tell you anything. No idea of prices as all blinds are bespoke, you'll have to have someone visit to find out. Large car park with disabled spaces but was empty when we went. Not really worth visiting as you don't learn anything.

After an initial hiccup, where the colour and type of vertical blinds were not as agreed when we made the order, Norwich Sunblinds corrected the details and in doing so saved us a little on the price. The engineer Dean was extremely understanding with any issues that arose and very courteous and respectful. We would definately recommend them. Thank you.

Very disappointed in this company as had used before & service has declined somewhat! Waited nearly 8 weeks only to find the blinds had been wrongly measured & having to take more time off work to accommodate them coming back! Won’t be using again

I was very reluctant to have vertical blinds but they have made an enormous difference to heat control in my lounge, especially in the summer heat. Very pleased with the service from aocal firm.

We had two blinds fitted in November of last year. They were fitted quickly with minimal mess and the installer was polite and very considerate. We made an appointment for measuring and to get quote. We saw their samples which helped enormously with colour matching and texture of the products. After a long renovation project which had glitches along the way the blinds were left until the end as we were unsure what we wanted. During the appointment we changed our minds several times before committing to our final choice and we were impressed with the suggestions and ideas they had which allowed us to decide on blinds that we are 100% happy with.

As one of the final items following changes within our property we found Norwich Sunblinds very professional in there dealings with new customers, nothing was to much to ask and we have had installed new blinds with a 5 year quarantee. Give them a look!
