If I could leave 0 stars I would. They came through to take a look at our shop front, and the meeting went great. They then told me I would get a quote the next day but it has been a week since then and still nothing. I tried to call today to ask them when I should expect the quote as I am on a deadline and they hung up in my face 3 times in a row when all I'd done was say "Hi, my name is ______, I'm just calling for an update regarding the quote for our property." I could hear them laughing and talking on the other end of the line before hanging up on me, three times in a row. I tried to call a few more times after that, and they didn't even bother to pick up the phone. I couldn't be more disappointed; they are absolutely the most unprofessional team I have ever come across. There are many more professional shop front fitters to work with out there, I highly recommend you avoid these guys.

Didnt bother to turn up for an appointment to do the final measurements and found the person very rude and unpleasant to deal with. They clearly dont understand customer service. Didnt proceed with them. I saw other positive reviews which is why I tried them but I cannot say my experience has been a good one.
