Everyone is absolutely wonderful and it's clear they take great pride in their career and comfortability of the patient.

My Goodness!! How can I put into words my experience! It was like no other dental visit Ive ever had before. I called the morning after i had an old crown to split. I was having just a little pain. I was able to come in for treatment that same afternoon. Everyone there made me feel so welcomed and treated me with such expertise and compassion. Dr. Torres extracted my molar because my tooth couldn’t be saved. I appreciate his honesty!! I really believed that would be the case, but from past experience i knew sometimes you don’t get that. Everyone was so professional and at the same time extremely personable. I felt as if God had rallied a whole team of angels around me. I know that may sound weird, but i am still grieving the loss of my mother. Brooke was just who I needed to stay with me yesterday. She is so good at what she does in assisting the dentists and tending to the patient’s needs. She explained everything so well, step by step. She had the listening ear, warm blanket, steady hands during procedure and just was amazing at how she observed and knew what to say and do for me. She told me she loves her job and the whole team she works with. That’s so refreshing to hear! Our family has found our dentistry home at Northcutt in Fairhope! Sonya Pyron

Dr Torres and Brooke did an amazing job on my tooth removal. They’re very kind and friendly. Dr Torres was quick and efficient and they work great as a team. Would definitely recommend to anyone who isn’t sure about dentists

First of all the office staff is extremely welcoming and very nice. The assistant Brooke, took me into the room, explained exactly what she was going to do. She was extremely knowledgeable, which made me feel very comfortable. Then the doctor came in, Dr. Torres, and he also explained what was going on and took his time was very gentle, even though I had a very very stubborn area that was inflamed. He made sure that I was completely numb and took very good care of me. I couldn’t have asked for a better service. Lovely lovely place.

Found the practice due to a minor emergency and they were opened Saturdays! Saw Dr. Torres who was great! His assistant Caroline, was the best!! She explained every step of the procedure which really put me at ease. Did not have a local dentist but now I do!!!

I absolutely Love Dr Torres!!! He is extremely thorough and makes me feel comfortable. Brooke was pleasant and provided excellent patient services. Both showed compassion when it came to understanding my needs and were very accommodating. The staff here are always warm and provide a welcoming atmosphere. I love the late appointment and Saturday availability. Dentists are always good to work with. Maddie was especially kind and caring through my dental work today. Made the uncomfortable experience much more bearable. Thank you, Maddie!
