Do not go here for your pregnancy if you don't have to. Making appointments is impossible- don't bother requesting online you will never hear back, if you call they may hang up on you before saying hello, if your bleeding good luck they'll see you at your next appointment. It takes admin 5 minutes to find an appointment and I suggest you clear your calendar and accept it because if the random time they proposed to you does not work they will need another 5+ minutes to find another appointment. I miss my old OB that had modern technology and I could book appointment in MyChart or in a 30 second phone call. This practice also don't update their MyChart with new information but that's OK because the providers won't reference that information anyways.

I see why this place has 2.9 stars. What a shame. I was referred to this place to see Dr. Gunter after a horrific childbirth and C-section. My first visit was horrible. As a woman of color, you expect nothing less. My 2nd appointment was canceled at the last minute because the doctor had surgery, which was fine. My appointment was rescheduled again only to be canceled 3 hours before I was due to arrive. Being a few months postpartum and having a C-section with a near-death experience is bad enough, but wow. Thank you for the lack of care. I thought NC and UNC had the best health care system.

I am very disappointed with the care I received from the Dr.liwan at UNC obgyn hollysprings. My appointments were repeatedly rescheduled for almost 6 months, even while I was having issues with the birth control implant she placed. I was rarely able to actually see or speak with her about my concerns. What made the experience even more frustrating was being refused the option to see another midwife or provider for help. I felt ignored, unsupported, and not taken seriously during a time when I needed medical attention. I understand that offices can be busy, but patients deserve proper follow-up care, communication, and respect.

If I could leave zero stars I would Our experience with this OBGYN clinic has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional, mainly due to Dr. Chrisanne Roach. My wife’s appointment was rescheduled or canceled three different times, showing a complete lack of respect for patients’ time and responsibilities. The first appointment was canceled by the doctor. The second time, my wife was already in the clinic parking lot waiting for her appointment time when we received a call saying it had been canceled again. The third time, my wife arrived at 3:00 PM for her scheduled appointment, only for the concierge staff to say they were not even sure if the doctor was still seeing patients that day. On top of that, when we called to let the office know we were delayed due to heavy traffic, no one answered the phone. It genuinely feels like this doctor and clinic do not care about their patients or understand that people take time off work and rearrange their schedules to attend these appointments. This level of disorganization and lack of communication is unacceptable, especially for an OBGYN clinic where patients rely on timely and professional care. We are very disappointed with the experience and would not recommend this clinic based on how we were treated.

I can not say enough good things about this office and their providers. I am pregnant with my second baby and after getting mediocre care with my first baby and feeling unheard I decided to change offices for my second baby. BEST DECISION I EVER MADE!!!! Since coming to the Cary office, I have felt extremely valued, seen, heard and cared for even for the smallest of things. Every midwife has gone into great detail with me, supported my wants and needs, and fully heard me out without judgement. Pregnancy is such a vulnerable time in our lives and extremely sacred. Feeling safe and supported are two things that are non negotiable and this office and their providers exceed every expectation and have made this journey so amazing for me! THANKYOU FOR YOUR KINDNESS AND CARE!!

I typically do not leave reviews, however, I’d like To go out of my way to point out the care and thoughtfulness I have received here. Dr. B is a literal life saver and has gone above and beyond for myself and my partner multiple times. He has always done his best, been honest with us and done everything he can to help us. While it may take a while to get an appointment it is well worth the wait and the longer drive for us, just to be seen by Dr. B. He doesn’t get enough praise for being as good as he is and I’ll always be thankful for the help he has given us both. Absolutely would recommend if you need a great OBGYN.

Dr. Bobrovnikov and his team have been phenomenal. He has been very attentive and has treated me for complex issues with an overall excellent outcome. When I needed to be seen for an acute issue, he saw me right away and took it seriously. The on call team was also great-when I needed help over the weekend they were able to get in touch with me quickly and even send medications to my pharmacy. I would recommend this practice to anyone who is pregnant, and I would especially recommend Dr. B to anyone who needs help with postpartum concerns.

If you could schedule with Dr. B or their other amazing providers, that would be 5 stars, but - they do not check their phone messages, they are so busy that they will change your provider, and after a miscarriage and an ectopic pregnancy, they wouldn't schedule me for a new pregnancy before I was 10 - 12 weeks pregnant. Dr. Liwan wouldn't order an hcg series for me either, even though she knew that I had a difficult history and was my current provider. When I delivered my son there in 2023 the hospital nurses were amazing, even catching my baby because the doctor was busy with another patient.

Just awful patient care all around. Front desk never answers the phone, the only time you can get ahold of anyone is when they call you to move your appointment (which you’ve already had a scheduled for weeks and requested time off work for). Every provider I saw blew off my symptoms as “normal”. I went her because my sister had a great experience but I did not. After finding another provider who actually listens to me I would never recommend this place. Even called them to tell them I had my baby early so I needed to cancel and upcoming appointment and never heard back. Messaged multiple providers on my chart about my symptoms and never received a response. If I could give zero stars I would. This place needs to be shut down

I lost my son and went into premature labor at 26 weeks because the providers did not listen to my symptoms. I told them I thought I had preeclampsia and I was told all my symptoms were “normal” including my high BP with a diastolic over 99. I found a different provider. I had an emergency C-Section in August to try to save him. If you care about your child and your self do NOT go here. My appointments were changed without my consent, I was only given a voicemail 24 hours prior that they were moving my appointment. I would never recommend this place to anyone. They should be ashamed of the way they treat people all around from the front office to the clinical staff

Dr.Bobrovnikov is one of the most kind and wonderful doctors I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I was terrified before I went into his practice and he made me feel so safe and heard. He advocates for his patients and truly cares. I cannot say that I would've wanted any other doctor to do my surgery. I didn't have high expectations going into my surgery but because of what Dr. B did, I now have a higher quality of life and a sense of normalcy. I cannot thank him and his team enough. If you want to be seen and treated like a human being and not just another name on a chart, he's the Doc you want.
