I’ve had this for a long time and I can say it works well! I do the occasional touch up but 95% of the hair seems to be permanently gone. The process is simple, easy and painless. Funnily enough I used to work for two national laser hair removal chains and used this rather than going there. Highly recommend.

It Really Works
I have been using this for a while now. As long as you stay consistent for the 8 weeks, you will see results. I noticed that my hair was thinner and less frequent. This helped with ingrown hairs. It truly can be used anywhere hair grows. One thing that I do wish is that the flash screen was a little larger, so it would take less time to do my legs. It takes commitment, but it is a great, easy to use product.

It doesn’t work as effectively after a few tries
I had this for about a year now and I’ve used it about four times. After the fourth session I noticed that my hair grew back in similar density and thickness i.e. no effect. And this was on the highest setting. I’m really disappointed because I could have spent this money getting it professionally done. I do not recommend this product.

Also works on a slower schedule
I was initially worried this product wouldn't work for me. I have a skin condition and I can't shave more than once every 2-3 weeks or I get bad irritation and ingrown hairs. But I use it on level 7 (worked my way up) every 2-3 weeks and after about six months, my hair is definitely growing in sparser. So if you can't use it twice a week like the instructions say, don't give up! It can still work for you!

Didn’t work
This thing didn’t really work for my hair. Used multiple times. It’s definitely not painless if you have coarse hair. Extremely painful in fact. Even with that I noticed zero reduction after a few uses. Might work if you have really thin hairs who knows but don’t work for me at all.

Stay consistent & you’ll get the results!
I love laser hair removal for a lower maintenance routine, obviously I was extremely skeptical of an at home machine, but since I recently had poor results in office at a way steeper price point I decided to give this a go. At first, I was not impressed and truly didn’t think it’d work. Customer service was extremely helpful and supportive, so I didn’t give up and I’m starting to see some results! I learned for some of us, the hair is dark but too thin for a lot of lasers to work effectively and upkeep is required no matter what. So I’d rather have it at home if I have to upkeep to keep the hair at bay anyway. Simple to use and hopeful it’ll last so I can maintain!

I don’t know why but this did not work for me I did it for longer than the recommended time I followed all the instructions and it just did not work. I was just using it for my neck so I don’t have to shave anymore

Don't buy if you have light hair
I hate shaving and wanted to try this, and based on the little hair chart I thought it would work for me. However, I guess light brown isn't dark enough to catch the laser's attention very well. You also have to shave before you even laser, otherwise it will just burn you. The 10 minute claim is misleading, because they want you to zap the area three times during one treatment session. One time might take 10 minutes, but not if you repeat that process and also do other areas of the body. After consistent use, I didn't really see any noticeable difference in my hair growth, and I was still shaving anyway prior to the treatments. The laser has different levels, but they advise you to use at least 6 or 7 or it won't work so I am not sure why that is.On the plus side, even on the higher levels it was not painful. I put aloe vera on after treatment just to be safe, but there have been no long-term effects so far.
