Fuad had great communication. The home was as described. AC worked well. Great location and pretty quiet on weekend nights. The bedroom we stayed in had paint and concrete dust falling off the wall onto our pillows and chargers plugged in. We had to clean off our bed every day even though we left it inches from the wall.

Our stay at Fuad’s place was amazing. We were in Cartagena for a wedding and everything was in walking distance. The pool was a great plus as the weather is very hot! We had the lady that cleaned cook for us one night and the meal was great and she was very nice and gracious. Overall our stay was magical and we loved our stay at Fuads. Sidenote - the square around the corner can be a bit loud at night but it didn’t really bother us and the hot water can be a little tricky but again it was very hot so it was fine to take a cool shower.

The stay was an excellent location near several plazas with cafes for coffee in the morning and dinner at night. We appreciated being so close to things, including shopping and the sea. Very clean and looked like the photos. You entered Faud’s place and it was like a sanctuary, peaceful and quiet. It felt very safe and is a secure location. Jose, his concierge was helpful with making any arrangements needed. The walled city is a more expensive area for staying and dining and Faud’s was good value. Would highly recommend. When we return we hope to stay here again.

We very much enjoyed our stay and would go back. The location is amazing with easy access to everything, a coffee shop 50 feet away, grocery store just down the street, the top restaurants in the Old Town are all within walking distance. Someone came to clean a number of times and even cooked us a breakfast and a lunch one day. Fuad was very easy to communicate with and was a great help throughout our stay.

Faud was an amazing host. He made our stay extremely enjoyable. The property was clean and organized. He gave amazing recommendations and his help was also very helpful. Duvi was so kind and helpful. This is an employee of Faud’s that would clean the place. She offered her services to help with cooking or cleaning. Which made the stay feel like home. This was Ana amazing experience! Thank you so much Faud for being an amazing host.

Do NOT use for management. Stole funds and are being sued by many lenders.
Do not use for management. Do not even think about it. They rented out my condo off platform, kept the fees, condo got damaged and I was out the rent AND the cost to fix my condo. Also, they have a UCC lien filed for them and my Airbnb payouts were suspended. Don't use to book or manage.
