Compared to other web development and marketing companies that I've worked with, I have found NKP medical marketing to be exceptional in their performance for my needs. I regret working with NKP Marketing. They promise results but deliver little value, and their contracts are designed to trap small businesses. Constant employee turnover made the service inconsistent and unprofessional. When I tried to leave after poor performance, they still demanded full payment. ⚠️ Future clients: read the contract carefully before signing — their focus is keeping you locked in, not helping you grow.

We have been with NKP Medical for a number of years now, and did a complete website update in 2021. We added the chat feature to our website at the completion of the redesign and launch. This feature has worked very well for us to help generate leads for our busy plastic surgery practice. The chat feature has given our website visitors a way to interact with our practice without commitment and has “extended” our practice further by providing information and insight as to what we can offer prospective patients. Specifically I have been impressed with the scripting and the personal attention that the chat respondent provides our patients. Many of our leads results in either a consult or an appointment.

We have worked with NKP for over 8 years and have seen the best performance from our company website and social media sites. The key to success is communication with their team! You can't be passive and expect growth. The NKP team is responsive and timely! They have key people in different positions to address your specific company needs and goals. Over the years, we've done 2 full redesigns and a few facelifts with images for the site to keep things fresh. When we first started with NKP, we had monthly meetings and were more focused on SEO and site performance. Later, we had them manage our social media posts which helped create cohesive branding across all our media platforms. Meetings with their staff are now quarterly to evaluate SEO, site performance and we spend time focusing on promotions for the upcoming season. As a company owner or manager you need to know your professional vision, monthly and seasonal goals so they can collaborate, customize and execute a plan for success.

I would not trust NKP. The only thing they are good for is to charge your credit card on monthly basis on time. NKP took over my web site which was built by another company. They were suppose to improve my website and do SEO work. However, nothing has improved since and everything including the speed of the website has been worse since they took over. they have not contributed anything significant to the website and SEO. Please think twice before your trust this company.
