Avoid these people at all costs. They charge you for work that has not been done and then threaten you will all sorts of things if you do not pay them. They are the worst people to deal with, you have been warned. Read Dr. Song's review below, 100% accurate.

I would not trust NKP. The only thing they are good for is to charge your credit card on monthly basis on time. NKP took over my web site which was built by another company. They were suppose to improve my website and do SEO work.
However, nothing has improved since and everything including the speed of the website has been worse since they took over. they have not contributed anything significant to the website and SEO. Please think twice before your trust this company.

This company is very good at their own reputation management but that is about it. I am giving them 2 stars only because I think they have a way of removing 1 star reviews. I would give them negative stars if I could. I was a client for over 3 years and after spending tens of thousands of dollars for very poor service, I decided to leave during COVID. They offered to host me for free for two months if I would stay with them through the pandemic. After the two months, I decided I was not going to stay. That is when they told me "oops your contract just auto-renewed." So the "free" hosting was just a trick to get me to past the auto-renew date. They said that my verbal request to cancel did not count because the contract says it has to be in writing. I tried to negotiate with them but they demanded payment for the next 6 months and they are now claiming that I never paid the full amount for the website setup 3 years ago which is a lie. They tried to hold my domain URL hostage but I was able to get it back directly through GoDaddy. They charged my credit card every month without even sending me an invoice even though I kept asking them for invoices so that I could know what they were charging my credit card for. Now I find out that they are suing ME! I have spoken with many others who have been scammed by this company in the same way and we are trying to get a class action lawsuit together. I have been a customer of NKP Medical for close to 4 years. I was previously happy with 2 great account managers and even posted a positive review to support this experience. After the last excellent account manager left, my customer service experience and overall professional relationship with NKP Medical has been very different. I signed a website redesign contract with the written expectation that the website would go live 45 days after signing. The design team did not make my new website go live until over six months later and to this day still has not fully completed the redesign project according to the contract. There has also been no SEO work devoted to my website for the past few months and my SEO rankings have suffered.
I am not one to openly write bad reviews but I felt it was important to share with physician colleagues my negative experience with NKP Medical. If you are a potential client, please ask NKP Medical about their client and employee retention and scrutinize over the contract terms.
