Had the best experience at Premier OBGYN of Ridgewood! This is my first pregnancy, and I was originally seeing another doctor where I didn’t feel comfortable. I called here to transfer my pregnancy care, and although the process took some time, the staff reassured me every step of the way. They worked with me and genuinely cared about me, even before I officially became a patient. When I finally had my first appointment with Dr. Zeldina, everyone in the office was incredibly kind and welcoming. Dr. Zeldina is amazing and immediately made me feel comfortable and confident in my care. I especially want to recognize Amanda, the Clinical Coordinator. She has been absolutely wonderful throughout this entire process. She answered all of my questions, made me feel heard, respected, and truly cared for. Amanda took the time to get to know me during my first visit, reassured me, and never made me feel rushed. She is an incredible asset to this practice, and it’s rare to find someone so compassionate and dedicated. I have felt genuinely supported every step of the way, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to transfer my care to Premier. I can’t wait to have Dr. Zeldina and her team deliver my baby, and I will absolutely continue all of my care here in the future. I highly recommend Premier OBGYN of Ridgewood to anyone looking for exceptional, compassionate care.

I would not recommend Premier OBGYN based on my experience attempting to transfer my prenatal care to this practice while 18 weeks pregnant. On April 23, I personally delivered my medical records after being instructed by the office on the transfer process. About a week later, I was told additional records were needed, which I promptly provided. Over the following weeks, I repeatedly followed up in person and was consistently told that my file had not yet been reviewed. On May 12, after another follow-up visit, I was told my records still had not been reviewed. Within 10 minutes after leaving the office, I received a phone call informing me that the practice would not accept me as a patient. No reason was provided. Concerned by the conflicting information, I returned to seek clarification. I was directed to speak with the office manager, Amanda. Rather than being given privacy to discuss a sensitive medical matter, I was brought into a room where another staff member was present, the door remained open, and I was not even offered a seat. When I questioned how a decision could have been made if my records had supposedly not been reviewed, I did not receive a clear answer. The interaction became increasingly hostile. When I continued to ask for clarification and requested the office manager's full name, I was told to leave and was threatened with having the police called. Amanda then placed her hand on my arm and physically guided me toward the door. What upsets me most is not simply that I was denied care. Medical practices have the right to decide whether to accept patients. It is the 3 weeks of requests for records, the contradictory explanations, the lack of transparency, the absence of privacy, and the manner in which I was treated when I sought answers. As a pregnant woman trying to establish obstetric care, I expected professionalism, respect, compassion, and honest communication. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

After hearing so many positive things about this practice, I recently called to get more information because I’m currently experiencing my second high-risk pregnancy. My first experience elsewhere was extremely difficult, and I often felt like my concerns were dismissed, so finding the right office this time around has been very important to me. The woman I spoke with on the phone was incredibly kind, patient, and compassionate. She spent close to 30 minutes answering my questions, listening to my concerns, and never once made me feel rushed or uncomfortable. Even while I was venting about some personal anxieties, she remained understanding and supportive the entire time. Unfortunately, I later found out my current insurance isn’t accepted, but the interaction alone left such a positive impression that my husband and I are now looking into changing insurance plans so I can still become a patient here. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely makes you feel heard from the very first phone call, and that level of professionalism and empathy deserves recognition. Thank you Amanda today you for me, you were just more than a coordinator.

I arrived just 12 minutes late to my appointment due to circumstances beyond my control, and instead of understanding, the manager was extremely rigid and unfair. This lack of empathy and harsh reprimand was completely uncalled for. I won’t be returning to this office.

Dr. Levine is the only OB-GYN I’ve ever seen, and I truly can’t imagine a better experience. From my very first visit as a teenager, through early adulthood, an unexpected surgery and follow-up care, he consistently made me feel comfortable, heard, and completely at ease. He is knowledgeable, compassionate, and takes the time to explain things clearly without ever feeling rushed. Having surgery can be intimidating, but Dr. Levine’s calm presence and trustworthiness made all the difference. I’m only leaving his practice because I moved out of state, but I wanted to express my gratitude for the more than 10 years I was his patient. I’m incredibly thankful for the care I received and would recommend Dr. Levine without hesitation to anyone looking for an OB-GYN they can truly trust.

My experience with my pregnancy was 100/10. Between visits with Kate and Dr. Zeldina they are absolutely amazing. I drive 45 minutes and will never switch providers. I will continue my care here post baby! They are truly so caring and it's such an amazing practice. Also Amanda, LOVE HER. I am so happy I found Dr Zeldina last year when we moved from South Jersey. I can’t say enough great things about her practice and the staff at premier OBGYN. I recently delivered my second baby and I’m happy to report it was a polar opposite experience from my first pregnancy (in a great way). Dr Zeldina takes the time with each appointment to answer questions, concerns and just get to know you. I love that you don’t just feel like a number here. The office is clean and each appointment always ran quickly and efficiently. The front desk staff is welcoming and friendly. Amanda (the OB coordinator) is amazing and kind. I can’t express enough how helpful Amanda was when it came to scheduling and just offering support. I also love that they offer lab and ultrasound in office. Dr Zeldina delivers out of Valley and it was one of the nicest and cleanest hospitals I’ve ever been to. During my hospital stay I met some of the OBs who work on call for her and they were all great. My C section was seamless and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. It’s hard to find OBs and offices who truly care about their patients and offering a positive experience especially when it comes to pregnancy. You are in great hands with Dr Zeldina and I cant recommend premier OBGYN enough. Will definitely be returning for baby #3!!!

Dr. Zeldina is an amazing provider! She is truly knowledgeable, caring, and supportive. I could not have asked for a better OBGYN for my first pregnancy. Her office staff is also very involved and efficient so it made my whole experience very positive. My labor and delivery experience at Valley was also perfect. Unfortunately, I had to have one of the other doctors on call for my labor and delivery, but it was still a smooth process. I’m sure all 5 doctors on the team are great. Highly recommend!!

Dr. Levine is amazing. He truly takes the time to listen about problems, doesn’t minimize concerns, and works with you as a patient. If you ask him to run a test because you have a concern, he is very good about knowing that sometimes it’s for peace of mind for the patient which most doctors don’t even take into consideration.
