I called to request a simple estimate and mentioned I was from Tennessee. Before I could even finish my sentence, the lady on the phone abruptly said, “Not gonna happen, bye,” and almost hung up before I ‏ caught her last minute. She was rude and didn’t give me a chance to explain or ask my question properly , rushing me. I wasn’t expecting an exact quote—just a basic estimate. The way she rushed to hang up made me feel completely disrespected. Definitely not how you treat potential customers.

Extremely professional staff. Their office is very clean and appealing. Dr. Shakov and his team did an amazing job on my FUE hair transplant. I highly recommend them.

I had by far a superb! experience here. I instantly knew from my first conversation with Dr. Emil that he was the doctor I wanted to take the leap of trust with when I decided to undergo the pep factor treatment. Dr. Emil took his time to explain in great detail the entire procedure and also discussed the various options available to me. He also recommended which one to take ( it was NOT the most expensive one). The staff is also great, professional and caring. I highly recommend Dr. Emil and his staff. Again, superb! customer service and satisfaction. Thank you All.
