If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is easily the worst doctor’s experience I have ever had. The doctor I saw was very nice, but not informative. However, her staff was the issue. Not only did they send me the test results of a different patient, which is a total violation of HIPPA, but they refused to provide me with my results after informing me that something was wrong. In the state of New Jersey, any doctors office is legally required to release your information, and I will be having my other doctor send over a medical release statement to NJ Best OBGYN. Calling the woodland park location is also not an option because it transfers right to the Clifton location, even though the office in Woodland Park is open when I called. Overall, the entire office is completely unprofessional, disorganized and extremely rude. Now I know why this office had so many available appointments. Please please please DO NOT go here, for you are risking private information about yourself to be sent out to random people.

I don’t usually take the time to write reviews or complete surveys, but my experiences with Dr. Camille Simbert have truly been exceptional and worth sharing. Every visit is consistently positive. She is warm, welcoming, and incredibly kind, with outstanding professionalism and bedside manner. What stands out most is how attentively she listens—she always makes me feel heard and valued. She creates a safe, comfortable space where I can ask questions freely, and I never feel rushed. I also deeply appreciate how she keeps communication open, which builds a strong sense of trust and reassurance. Digusting disgusting disgusting office!!! Please be aware before scheduling an appointment at this medical facility!!!! I rarely ever leave reviews, but my experience here is next level. Horrible communication skills and just an office that's here to steal money from the insurance and its patients!! Never seen anything like this, LOL. During my initial visit at this medical office, I was told that I had a cyst and would need surgery. I wasn't even seen by the doctor that I had originally scheduled with via ZocDoc, but I let it slide, and they also made me pay a co-pay which I was confused about because my insurance has always covered my annual checkups including copay at every other medical facility, but cool. I make an appointment with their surgery doctor, same medical facility just a different location and again had to pay another $40 copay just for Dr. Fares to view my sonogram and confirm that we will go for surgery. That was the entirety of our conversation, a 5-minute office visit saying "yes, we will go for surgery, etc" but ok. Then, they schedule me for what I thought was my surgery because that's what we spoke about and confirmed was going to happen, (I even took a week off from work and showed up with my husband and sister lol) just for me to show up, pay another $40 copay and get a biopsy done which was previously completed. After all of this, I did not feel comfortable following through with my surgery with this provider, so I canceled. Now, they want to charge me for my medical records and are also requiring that I pay another $40 copay just for to receive my biopsy results. (even after already billing my insurance lol) The continuous visits just for a patient to pay copay and for them to bill the insurance is ridiculous. PLEASE BE AWARE AND DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE SCHEDULING WITH THIS MEDICAL FACILITY!!!!! Can't believe they call themselves "NJ BEST OBGYN" Lol, what a joke.

I went to my “appointment” in the middle of the day only to see the office was closed. Maybe it was for a good reason though, because I’m not going back, and I actually found a better clinic with real patient communication. Thanks!

Your front-of-house staff has been extremely unhelpful. I was repeatedly told that my appointment—and others scheduled for today—did not exist, despite being able to l scheduled myself. I explained multiple times that I need to see the doctor for a follow-up, yet I was told no on several occasions and my appointment was pushed far beyond the recommended follow-up date of Monday. There was a clear lack of understanding, empathy, and compassion during these interactions. This situation has caused unnecessary stress and directly interferes with my medical care. If it weren’t for Dr. Fares being A1 then I wouldn’t even bother….. I would appreciate this being addressed as soon as possible. Obviously, additional training is necessary.

HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE , The front desk HORRIBLEEEEE!!!!! They speak to you like if you was not a person bad attitude at all cost change your Staff for people that know how to treat others. OR CLOSE THE OFFICE I SEE HERE IM NOT THE ONLY ONE WITH THIS PROBLEM WITH ALL THIS BAD REVIEWS. REALLY RUDE especially with PREGNANT WOMEN!!! If I could give 0 stars I would!!

NEGATIVE 1 REVIEW. I have given this practice numerous chances in the past few years and yet every single time I am disappointed. Policies are changed and never displayed for patients. Appointments are impossible to get for weekends. Front desk staff would rather celebrate then to check patients in. I feel very disappointed that the providers who work here have to deal with patients who are already fed up with waiting for Appointments, results, procedures. Please consider your health at this practice as you have been warned.

Absolutely horrible customer service told me my appt was supposed to be at 12:15pm and my appt and now it’s 1:00pm . Then when I went to say something about it the lady was nicely telling me and the manager butts in and says if you wanna come back another day you can and this is my first time here . I’m not sure if I will be returning depending on how the doctor is . Then I waited and waited for them to tell me that they don’t accept patients who’s further along in pregnancy what a waste of my day !!!

Avoid this place at all costs! I was told that I need surgery and it can't wait, so I was supposed to see Dr. Fares Diarbakerli. I went there and waited an hour, only to be told that the doctor was not there and he would probably be back in an hour, so I could wait for him. I took the day off from work for nothing. I went to another doctor, and what a surprise, I don't need surgery. Worst ob/gyn ever.

Dr. Diarbarkerli! Let’s just say we would be having a completely different conversation right now. He was very negligent with my niece who complained for a few weeks about her symptoms and luckily I am that nosey and overprotective aunt who just happened to check in with her. She was showing CLEAR classic symptoms of preeclampsia and he just continued to brush off her concerns and symptoms. In the process of helping her switch OB she ended up in the ER and all the doctors there were simply appalled! She had preeclampsia and diabetes, blood pressure was through the roof! Two weeks finally got her medical records, Wednesday following day Thursday I dropped her medical records to my Dr and he called my niece in Friday morning. She was sent to labor and delivery immediately after at 33wks and gave birth via C section Saturday morning. Thanks to my Dr she delivered her baby boy yes early but perfectly healthy and the only thing that he said, If you had waited one more day the baby would have not survived! I will never forget this experience and will always recommend my Dr to every woman I encounter and will always tell this story to spread awareness about this practice and how it treats its patients. God is good and baby boy is here and healthy but I pray no other woman experiences this.

SKETCHY BILLING PRACTICES - if your insurance policy is in-network with this facility, the lab they send your medical information to might not be. And then that lab will send an absurdly high bill for something as mundane as a pap smear (citing tests that you did not agree to in the EOB). Make sure you know about the No Surprises Act before risking scheduling an appointment here. It’s a shame, because the doctor was very kind and professional. I would want to come back if the billing situation didn’t traumatize me so badly.

****ASK THE OFFICE WHERE THEY ARE SENDING YOUR LABS********* They sent my swabs to a facility that WASNT authorized by my insurance even though they have full access to see where my labs would be covered (Lab Corp). The appointment was covered by insurance but now I’m hit with a $2,000 bill for a vaginal swab test. They told me I should have told them where to send my labs, shouldn’t they have known based on what is clearly listed on my insurance? It literally says Labcorp on the back of my insurance. I called the office and asked if that would have been an option for them to send it there. They said yes but I didn’t specify that before….. WHY WOULD I DO THAT WHEN IT SAYS WHERE TO SEND IT ON THE BACK OF MY INSURANCE CARD??? If you think I lack health literacy and should have told them where to send my labs- you’re wrong I’m an ER nurse and advocate for pts everyday I go to work. I’m sitting in this medical debt trying to figure out how I’m going to pay for this. This was surreptitious of this office and provider. Please don’t go here *****UPDATE- they reply to every review with “contact our email”- I sent an email and I have not received any response. DISRESPECTFUL.***

Terrible front desk call they tell you to give them a minute and you stay on the phone for over 10:to 15 minutes Sometimes you call they pick up they don’t even say please hold. They just put you on hold would not go back there for nothing.

Terrible OBGYN. I was a patient until about 30 weeks of pregnancy before transferring. They are very rude on the phone and rush you off. I complained about pelvic pain that seemed abnormal to me and I was told it’s just a part of pregnancy. I explained that it made it extremely hard to walk and I had extreme discomfort. They did not run any tests. I was still in discomfort the following week, so I went to urgent care and I indeed had a UTI. After sharing this with the office, they asked me to come in. They ran tests and my following appointment didn’t mention anything. I asked the doctor what my results were and I was told everything was negative. I told them that was impossible because I was just tested days prior. The following week, I was experiencing more pelvic pain and I decided to go to the hospital. Again, it was the same UTI, after I was told I didn’t have one. I complained to the manager of the office and was reassured that the doctors did everything correctly. The ultrasound tech is amazing, however the doctors do not care about their pregnant patients. In addition, you wait in the waiting room for at least an hour every visit. I began inquiring for a different OBGYN and requested my health files. Not only did the office not send it, they cancelled my appointment without notifying me claiming I was no longer a patient. They refused to see me despite me driving over an hour from home. Eventually, they allowed me to be seen, but had nasty attitudes. I would never recommend this place to anyone. This is one of the worst experiences I’ve EVER had with a doctor’s office. PLEASE, go somewhere else.
