If I had 10 stars - I would give Nikola 10 stars. When they learned what a previous technician had done on my roof 2 years ago and my displeasure, they immediately came to see the roof and the poor workmanship that was done 2 years ago when I bought my townhome. They promptly started the work and worked for two weeks to rectify the problem and met many hurdles along the way. I ended up with a brand new roof (better than it probably has been in 15 years), and could not be happier. The crew worked tirelessly in the extreme heat to get this done. They were timely, courteous and on top of everything that happened. The management team and owner(s) at Nikola stepped in and ensured I was a happy customer. I am highly singing their praises and highly recommend Nikola Roofing for your roofing needs.

Best company to work with ! Bridgette is the best ! She goes over and above when it comes to dealing with insurance! The crew was great, fast and efficient. They also kept the mess to a minimum and triple checked to make sure all the debris was cleaned up ! I will recommend to everyone that will listen !

Nikola gave us a detailed quote of all work that needed to be done including pictures. They were able to start quickly. Each day they were on time and worked hard to get the job done efficiently and clean. We received a job progress report on Day 1 with pictures of their findings and how the job would lay out. We were pleasantly surprised with their professionalism and their competitive price. We would use them again and definitely refer them.

They are quick to answer the phones and return missed calls when you need a repair or new roof! When you call about warranty work or a leak they did not fix correctly, you cannot get a return call or anybody to come out.

Nikola Roofing came all the way up to Show Low to replace the shingles on my roof and my neighbors roof. The crews were excellent and worked from 7am to 7pm and did a great job. They also cleaned up around the house and picked up thousands of nails with magnets that is part of a shingle job. I was very satisfied with the results.

Replaced my entire roof and did a great job. They didn't help me with my HOA and that took over a month for me to get approval for. That's the fault of the HOA, but some companies do this for customers and it could have made this so much easier and quicker.

Nikola did a great job on my roof. Being in the construction business I am very picky about contractors. I have recommended them to multiple people in my neighborhood. Veteran owned is always a plus but the attention to detail and knowledge their team has is top notch.
