Garage sale quality from a wholesale business Clothing ordered for our online store was received defective, with incorrect colors and with significant quality issues. The sizes of products shipped were aligned with the size guide on the site, but duebto the way the items were constructed, did not fit remotely correctly. When the problem items were attempted to be returned, they only offered a $9 refund and refused to accept the merchandise back for a full refund.

Learn to spell! Your descriptions on your site are so badly written they are laughable! Misspellings abound, which make me wonder if the items are any better than their descriptions. Maybe you should hire someone with a decent command of the English language, since you seems so eager to break into the US Market.

Buyer Beware My package has been sitting in a port in California for almost a month and customer service refuses to help me with this issue. I have been reaching out for 3 weeks and asked for a refund since I have not received my package in a timely manner and is clearly lost. I am getting the ring around from customer service telling me to wait patiently. The only thing they claimed they can do is to refund me partial *SHIPPING* cost. I will have no choice but to seek a refund from PayPal. I am so disappointed in the way this matter has been handled, considering I have ordered from you many times in the past.

Apparently, if your package gets lost on the mail you are on your own to dispute with your credit card company. What a dishonest and disgraceful company to deal with.
