Nick was absolutely brilliant through the purchase of our first home. He guided us through all the ins and out’s of the different policies available and we discussed the situation that best suited us. He also aided us in our life insurance which made the process so smooth and easy whilst could concentrate on the other aspects of the purchase. We have already recommended him.

This guy made my dream come true, I went to seek advice on what I need to improve on to be able to apply for a mortgage, as my credit score was only fair. Nick reviewed my circumstances and told me to apply immediately. I got accepted for mortgage straigth away and after several months waiting time for solicitors I have finally live in my own house!!! It would never happened without this guy, so if anyone think that owning the house with less than perfect credit score is impossible - please contact with Nick Gott - I really appreciate for what have you done to us to make us homeowners - absolute legend!

Nick is an absolutely fantastic mortgage broker. Nothing is too much trouble for him.
He was happy to call in the evenings or weekends as that's the only times my partner was available.
We had some an issue with the first house, so we had to start all over again with a second property. Nick was still as attentive as he was the first time around.
Stop searching for a mortgage broker. You've found the prefect one here.

We moved in September 2022. I can only say that Nick was the best part of the house buying experience. As first time buyers we didn't know what to expect but Nick was there for us, staying in touch all the time, kept us updated. You really feel at easy knowing you can ask all kind of questions. Everything gets explained. We couldn't get a better advisor. I really wish all the parts of the purchasing process were done by him:-) Brilliant guy!

Nick was brilliant from start to finish. Despite an awful market for mortgages he still found the best deal possible and worked with me to decide the best option based on current and future finances.
Had issues with the surveyors to which I ranted to Nick about. He was very supportive and continued to give advice on what my options were if issues not resolved.
Would highly recommend and will definitely use for my next remortgage.
