I've used their services for the first time and it couldn't have been any better! First time getting botox and I love it! Staff is exceptional friendly, they provide you with detailed information you need and the treatment itself wasn't painful at all. The result? Amazing! I definitely will come back!

An unpleasant place, lack of customer orientation and overprice. The staff does not know how to communicate with clients respectfully, the constant postponement of procedures and the wishes of clients are not taken into account at all, a complete imposition. There are much better places, but I strongly advise against this place.

I'm so disappointed in this clinic. I have made an appointment weeks ago and the appointment and price was multiple times confirmed. The evening before they text me that the prices are now different, like triple the amount. Also they ask if I could come in at 9 in the morning instead of 13.00, they ask me the evening before. So within the last 24 hours. I showed them this is not the price we agreed on and I showed the messages. Still they were not willing to change the price. I never experienced this with any other clinic. I had to cancel the appointment. I think these are scammers because I can't believe this happened. Very unpleased experience.

Such a horrible service. Was given appt for 11 am and I was there by 11.07. Was asked to fill up form and then I was asked to wait until 11.55. Literally close to an hour!! And when I ask where is the doc, the consultant can say the doc is busy with other patient. First of all how can you give few patient the same appt timing if you only have one doc to attend to all? You can be strict with your timing but not value other people time? I had to travel in the rain and the parking charges is expensive just to be kept waiting like an idiot for close to an hour. Such a horrible bloody service!

Imagine that in 2019 I did a combination of six sessions (Stem cell, CO2, Pico Laser & Subcisions), all these combinations are done for 6 times! I've got ZERO result. Wasted time, money & tolerated pain in every single session! Once they fail, they will keep moving you from & doctor to another! Why I remembered to write a review now?! Because I can see many people in other clinics got a massive improvement from the get go! Most of the positive reviews you see are FAKE!
