It seems I'm on a different page with some of the reviews here. We have been working with Next dental lab for a few years now. The staff is cohesive and there is always follow up. We generally work with Laura who is always attentive and detail oriented. She always goes above and beyond to satisfy the office. We highly recommend their services.
Laura
Having been in dental practice for over 25 years, we started with Next Dental Lab about 3.5 years ago. I cannot express enough the attentiveness and attention to detail. The quality is unsurpassed and they work diligently as a team to get things correct and the process seamless. When we call we usually get Laura on the other end. She has is friendly and extremely helpful and gives us a sense of trust. We know that if Laura is on the case she will follow thru and it will all turn out well. Highly recommended!

Awful costumer service.. the costumer representative Laura is very unhelpful and poor costumer manners. They have very good prices but price is not everything if they don’t improve the way that they treat the costumers they will go out of business.
Cheaper prices - VERY poor customer service.
The delivery dates vary, even though they give a schedule/timeline when cases should arrive. Constant changes to the ETA of the cases. When trying to communicate, they are dismissive and rude.
Dentists
This may be the first or second review I have ever written. First couple of removable cases were great. I was so happy that I had found a lab that is affordable for a dentist seeing so many PPOs. The only problem was that it took a month between appointments. Then there were 2 different patients that the end result was not acceptable. But I ate costs and used my old lab (good but really expensive) because I didn't want them to have to wait so long again. But then there were 2 cases that never made it to my office. One of them was a delivery after patient had been waiting a while. Nextdental wouldn't take any responsibility since "they claimed" that they had something from UPS saying that they had been delivered. So that was 2 more cases I had to eat costs and use my old lab. After that I was through with this lab but still had other cases that were in the middle of being made so had to finish out. I had 2 more cases after this in which the finished product was unacceptable again and I had to eat costs and use my old lab again. That is 6 cases that I paid Nextdental and another lab. I had a TERRIBLE experience using this lab. Use at your own risk.

Great Lab. I've started using them since one of my colleagues told me about them. My lab bill before was taking quite a chunk on office overhead. At first I was skeptical because their lowest tier product was 3 times as cheap compared to the local labs that I use. I gave it a try with a few cases at first, I wasn't expecting much, but I'll tell you, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of workmanship even at their "classic level". I send a good amount of restorative work a week since I've started using them ( going on 3 months) and I've only had to do about 3 redos from all the crowns I've sent. The only bad thing I can say is the long shipping time which takes atleast 3 weeks since it gets shipped over seas. It isn't really a big deal for my patients since most of the time they aren't in a rush. To save on shipping I would just send my cases at the end of the week. I'm also looking forward to see how their "Elite" tier does with cosmetic cases.
Stay away…stay far away. Lab tried to charge us twice for single crowns hoping we wouldn’t catch it And we we called them out on it they would keep saying it was a glitch in the system. Also when we send a case back to be fixed I swear they would just send back the original order (even with a new scan). Also getting refunds added back to your account is like pulling teeth (pun intended). I’d avoid this lab at all cost
Horrible lab.
Their tech manager who answers the phone is horrible.
she was arguing with me when i was trying to explain how bad they were when they made an immediate denture for us
they made a denture that is half and doesn't even have any retention
