Newprint is the best printing company in Ottawa! They provided us with a number of services this year such as printing magazines, books and pamphlets for our company - I highly recommend working with this company as they are extremely professional and provide exceptional customer service.

We have been ordering from Newprint for the past 3 years without any major issues. This time it was different. Major delays with the order. Can NOT get anyone to answer your phone, email - there is NO customer service with this company whatsoever anymore. Unfortunately, with the delay and lack of response with this order, I'm having to locally source the same order on a rush basis... Do not expect any customer support from this company. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone and will have to find a different company to source my printing orders from now on.

I really wanted to have a positive experience with this company because I loved that they are based in Ottawa and the website was easy to use. I did not. Everything started off well with a few reasonable exchanges over email getting a quote. Once I had approved it things slowed down and I was given timelines that were not met. This was not the worst of it however. I received the brochures and the quality was laughable. I could have printed them on my home printer with better quality. I emailed multiple people (including the person who asked for this review) in an effort to remedy the situation and I also left a voicemail. No response of any time. Newprint, do better. It is unacceptable that you would treat customers like this. I have attached a photo of the blue color that was printed on the brochures in comparison with the exact same blue printed elsewhere - the one on the left is what they printed and it looks like it has been in the sun for months.

This company is horrible, failed to provide us with coffee sleeves that did not fall apart. We have tried to resolve the issue but they blame us for using to hot a coffee. We have a corrugated sleeve built into our cups not sure how that makes it hotter. They asked for our entire order to be returned and left us with out a replacement for the entire summer. Do not but anything from them they are incapable of resolving any issue or the ability to take ownership on their products failure.. Small claims court next i guess as they won't return any calls .. we lost an entire season of marketing through our coffee cups.. Shame on your company and your staff.

We have a honey business and were in the search of a company to provide our labels. I looked into many companies and settled on newprint and couldn't be happier with their service. Newprint has a huge selection and was able to meet all of our various product requirements. Amazingly designed website that is great to use. Great customer service that went back and forward with me quite a bit as it took me a bit of time to properly finishing our design for our labels. Fantastic prices with lots of bulk options for larger scale businesses. They also have the best options in terms of printing multiple different prints as long as they share a size. Will definitely be ordering all our labels here for the foreseeable future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality label provider. Photos don't do it full justice too. -Graham

I was first hesitant to order my prints from here because of the 3.3 rating on Google. But then I checked TrustPilot and saw such good rating (4.8 from 2000+) so I thought to give them a try. I order labels for my business, and the quality definitely met expectations. However, what went beyond my expectations was the customer service! Sean was my customer service person, and he went above and beyond to ensure we pick the right paper, and get our prints done in time. I am definitely ordering from here again just because of him. Newprint has the convenience of ordering prints online, but the customer service level of a local print shop, best of both worlds.

I am so pleased with my experience. I am so surprised the ratings are so low because my boxes look absolutely stunning. I ordered 5000 pieces and it was ready within a week and on my door step after 3 days. The editing team helped make my vision alive and I will 1000% be ordering again

Ordered 600 calendars expedite print (waste of money cuz they were late to ship), they didn't come wrapped as indicated on my order. However every calendar i have left and our employees rip in the seam when you open them up! Customer service wont pick up the phone to make it right and iv been reaching out for over a month for a refund for the faulty product and no one will pick up the phone to resolve this not the way you treat paying customer. This was a waste of $3500 really makes our company look cheap with Calendars that tear in the seam when you open them up to hang them up what a disappointment .

Worst printer ever, seriously. I ordered expedited shipping by a certain date (with a two day buffer). They blew the timeline entirely, and I ended up attending the event without my materials. No offer to compensate. Worse, I told them that I didn't need the rush shipping any longer (obviously) and to just send it regular mail to my home... and they refused to refund the expedited shipping charges! So, they shipped it, one week late, expedited, to my house. How ludicrous. And, worst of all, not once did anyone there even pretend to care (or even just acknowledge how ridiculous the entire situation was). Worst printer experience ever.

UPDATE: Customer service reached out to make it right, better late than never. Hopefully this experience is a one off and future orders go more smoothly. ORIGINAL: I've used this company before and was happy with the service (I even recommended them to a friend who needed a job done). This time around, however, the stickers I received were printed off center. Mistakes happen and so I reached out to customer service looking to have their help resolving with either a credit or reprint but to no avail. I reached out multiple times and received one response saying I would hear back within a few days and since then crickets.... At this point I'm not hopeful.

I wanted business cards in the last few hours of the provincial election, and no other print shop could do it on such short notice, but Newprint could. I was at a print shop downtown and they made me 300 flyers, but they couldn't do business cards so quickly. So I Ubered over to Newprint from downtown and picked up my 1000 cards. I was an Independent candidate in the 2022 Ontario election. Follow "Josh Rachlis" on Facebook to see how future elections go. And I could draw a custom cartoon on my business card for you.

I loved the website and how easy it was to order from it, and the quality of the flyers I ordered was great. I had paid an extra to have my flyers plastic wrapped, but when I received them they were simply kept together by elastics (and, unfortunately, several flyers were loose on the box and got damaged in transport). I reached out to their customer service to let them know of the error, and asked to be refunded for the extra charge I had paid. I got a reply right away, which was very professional, informing me that they had added a $8 coupon on my account. The fee I had paid for the shrink wrap was $22, so I was not sure why I would only get $8. I also wanted my money credited back on my credit card. So I emailed them back, and that's when they started ghosting me. I had to follow up 2 times to have an answer, finally they said they added another coupon of $15 to the account, and said that unfortunately they have no way to credit to the original credit card. The $15 coupon was never applied to my account, I have followed up several times, but no one is answering. To me, this is plain bad service. I wanted to encourage local instead of going with a big company like Vistaprint (which, by the way, is more cost effective and offers infinite more products and options), but I guess Newprint.ca doesn't really care about new customers.

Ordered 10,000 boxes for my company and they were ready within a very reasonable timeframe. I came from Montreal to pick them up and everyone was very kind upon my arrival. I dealt with a few people and they were all very helpful and accommodating, especially Dorde! Very happy with final product. Thank you again for bringing my vision to life!

Based on my experience today, they want my business, they are trying to make my project go through in time and they have a pretty cool tool to use for creating custom packaging. Not the cheapest out there, but also certainly not the most expensive!! Custom stuff is just pricey generally. Happy to keep it local!

Wow, this was an unpleasant experience. First order came through ok but the folds were bad on a 3rd of our product. When I reached out to support, they ghosted me, I couldn't get through for weeks. Finally after calling, they agreed to "re-do" the faulty ones if I sent back the bad ones. Well all they did was trim the bad folds, which resulted in an off-centre artwork. Even worse, they came back smudged and damaged! The amateurism and poor customer service is off the charts.
