I recently used Juan and his team to help fix a major issue that was caused from a previous contractor not having done the work properly. I am very happy with Juan's communication, willingness to be flexible with some special requests, their carefulness and attention to detail during the project. He was also kind enough to send regular videos and pictures to update me throughout this offsite project. Him and his team removed the old flooring, moved the appliances, covered the walls and vents and grinded the high spots on the floor, leveled the floor, then installed the floors and baseboards and returned and hooked up all the appliances. This type of seamless workflow is what everyone wants in a great contractor. Thanks, Juan! Edit: Juan did another project for my parents in law and was very flexible, even though we had some supplier issues (unmatched floorboards), he worked around it and made things work out well in the end.

We were so excited to have Juan come by to help us refinish our office. We scheduled a day and waited 2 weeks. He told us he would confirm the day before (never did) I had to reach out and call. Juan never replied to my text messages days before. We just moved in recently and work from home. He used the same excuse from 2 weeks ago saying his car broke down. At first said Friday Aug 2nd and if he got backed up Saturday Aug 3rd. When I called today (Aug 2nd) he told me end of August. Very unprofessional in the end. Be careful and sign a contract before hiring.

Juan did excellent job on my old stairs. He installed new raisers and steps over old ones and saved me ton of money and time. He did job that I thought was impossible to do and that I will have to install completely new stairs and spend fortune in old rental property. He’s price was way lower than others. He’s punctuality and work ethic is excellent too. I highly recommend him and his team.
