Good for a night or two - watch the carpet A great location and the rooms have everything you need for a short stay as a family in one room. Very clean and beds were fine. Watch out if you have little ones as gripper rods for the carpet are exposed on the corridor stairs and room thresholds. Both the door to our room and bathroom door thresholds had the gripper rods exposed with the sharp teeth visible. We had to lay a towel down over the bathroom one to make sure our 2 year old didn't cut feet open. Is quite dangerous really and an obvious thing that needs fixing.

Perfect for what we needed ☺ Loved the location and the views, the apartment was perfect for us 4 adults and 2 kiddies in travel cots , plenty of room , on-suite for each room too which worked very well. Was perfect for what we needed for the night. ☹ The sofa wasn’t too comfortable , I appreciate it was a sofa bed and they’re never the best to sit on but this one was like sitting on a sheet of wood and definitely needs updating.

Bon rapport qualité-prix dans le Nord de la New Forest ☺ Très bon rapport qualité-prix dans le nord de la New Forest. Grande chambre twin (N°2, au rez-de-chaussée, facile d'accès) qui donne sur un champ verdoyant. Grand parking. Salle avec micro-ondes, grille-pain pour se préparer son propre petit déjeuner, prévoir ce qu'il faut car c'est un peu loin de tout). Restaurant indien sur place. Self check-in. Ça pourrait aussi être dans "les moins" car on ne voit personne, mais en tout cas pas compliqué de récupérer sa clé. ☹ Pommeau fixe dans la douche, pas très pratique. Il serait bien de réparer les dalles de carrelage dans la salle de bain. Pas de possibilité de prendre un breakfast sur place.

From australia and the one night we stayed here the receptionist angie came out to our van and was instantly hostile and abusive and wanted to know all our comings and goings, awful service and there was some lady bug infestation in our bathroom, would not reccommend to my enemy!

Relaxed and comfortable, will return. ☺ Excellent location, Royal Jaipur restaurant right next door and the Landford Poacher pub in walking distance. Room was very clean and comfortable. ☹ A larger tv screen and maybe extra sound proofing from neighbouring rooms!
