Dr Chen seems to be knowledgeable. However, I have been following up for over a week on significant neurological tests and have not received any response. I find that unacceptable. In addition when I asked about details surrounding the recommended tests Dr Chen literally said he wasn’t going to go into the details! As if I’m not smart enough to understand? The Fairfield office is dirty - with peeling paint, dirt in the walls from old pictures and prior patient sheeting balled up in the corner. Find someone else.

I rarely write reviews, but I felt inclined to do so after my appointment with Dr. Beck. He was extremely kind, empathetic, thorough, and PRESENT! I felt he genuinely cared about my health and well-being. He listened intently and offered his knowledge, comfort and advice regarding an issue I’ve been experiencing. He helped me create a plan of action that I felt comfortable and confident with. Prior to contacting Neurological Specialists, I reached out to a different practice that couldn’t get me in for 3 months, which is a LONG time to wait when you are extremely anxious about something. Neurological Specialists was able to accommodate me within 2 weeks. Not to mention the woman I spoke with on the phone to set up my appointment, as well as the woman working at the front desk when I arrived for my appointment, were nothing but kind and pleasant. I’m so glad I chose Dr. Beck and his staff to help care for my neurological needs. Thank you!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Bent today. His staff was incredibly friendly and professional. Dr. Bent was caring, concerned and friendly while maintaining professional and efficient standards of service. My wait time in both the waiting room and exam room was short. i am so thankful for Dr. Bent and his excellent care I received. His motto is "Be all that you can be"!

Thanks for hanging up the phone on me. I have mental illness so I talk fast an can sound confused. It’s no reason to put me on a hold and since I didn’t hang up, it was done for me. Thank you at a time in need. I’m Hispanic so I can tell the girl who took my call was also Hispanic.

The front desk staff is amazing! Grace and Keisha are absolute angels on earth. Staff is so friendly and warming. I highly recommend this place, the doctors are caring and knowledgeable. They truly care for their patients. I bring my father there and we are truly pleased. They worked a miracle and got my father an appt much sooner than later. We use to go to another doctor that was horrible couldn’t get an appt until 2-3 months out and did not care about their patients it was all about the money for them. I truly feel because of this office my father can finally get the answers and treatment he needs.
