Disappointing experience The process has been frustrating and unproductive. After two years of waiting for job placements, we feel stuck despite following instructions. Initial LinkedIn help from Xenia was promising, but she left the company. Communication is a major challenge; while Liz is knowledgeable, she’s nearly impossible to contact, and our file manager is still new. Additionally, Andrew’s advice led us to issues with documentation in New Zealand, causing more setbacks. Any guidance or success stories would be greatly appreciated—we’re trying everything to make this work. Please dont hesitate those that had success stories to contact us and guide us please.

Our journey with AMS has been over 5 years in total not without some bumps and frustration along the way but when choosing an Immigration agent, you ultimately need the agent to step up when it counts and AMS have always done that. From visitor visas to work visas and residency visas we got the desired results with the help of NMS. I have sympathy for agents like NMS because unlike other industries, almost everything that hits their desks is personal to the client and super close to home. Andrew Kerr and his team are very competent. I struggled with communication turnaround times at certain stages but again when it counted we always got the desired results. A big personal thank you to Caitlin Pottier who we dealt with more recently as file manager for our residency application. From updates to advice and just taking a personal interest in our file , she has been absolutely fantastic to deal with. Immigration journeys are not easy. They are not always smooth but NMS know what they are doing and I'd recommend them if you want experienced and competent people to guide your journey.

Our journey to New Zealand residency took over five years and often felt overwhelming, but Andrew, Liz, and Desire supported us every step of the way with professionalism and patience. I am writing to publicly share my own personal experience with this dishonest and unethical company. Andrew is nothing short of a salesman with an excellent pitch. We will and are prepared to take legal course of action against this company should we deem necessary to do so. I can publicly state that our initial conversations were recorded with out consent and now being used against us in a pursuit of an illegitimate claim. Andrew and his team have grossly violated our dignity and right to privacy, not to mention contravention of the POPI ACT, this personal conversation was meant only for Andrew, he recorded us without consent and also does not state in the recording that he will be recording the conversation. Network migration lack good business ethics, we have lost all trust and the relationship is irreparable. This is misconduct which we will not accept
