Tyler’s place was very clean and nice! Comfortable beds and furniture, kitchen was spacious and included all utensils needed. Dishwasher and laundry available which was very convenient! Would definitely recommend and stay there again!

Tyler was very responsive. The instructions were easy to follow. The condo was beautifully decorated, clean and modern. The beds were extremely comfortable. It was an extreme heat wave when we stayed there and the A/C worked perfectly to make it more comfortable. The patio was great for a relaxing coffee in the morning or to just sit and watch the Strawberry moon at night.

☺ New, nice. clean, modern, and spacious. The owner/admin (Tyler) supplied us with an extra air mattress upon request, at no cost to me.
☹ The key collection keylock was jammed and very hard to get the keys out. I had to call the owner/admin to ask how to get them out. He (Tyler) was very helpful on instructing me over the phone on how to unblock the keylock.

Nice. We are seniors, dining table preferred instead of dining at island only with high stools.
☺ Very spacious, ample space for sitting and relaxing.
☹ Bedroom could use some chest or dresser for putting clothes, or a luggage stand to put the luggage. . Kitchen utensils were enough, could add more baking accessories. Not enough K cup for sure, coffee machine is too small for party of 4.

I wish I wouldn’t have been as busy so I could have enjoyed the condo more.
☺ This is a much better way to go than to stay in a hotel room. More comfortable. It’s like coming home after a long day away. I loved it.
☹ Well, not that it was a bad thing, but there was this clicking noise coming from the vent on the ceiling in the one bedroom. It was a constant, regular click and sometimes there would be multiple ones at a time. It wasn’t very loud but you could also hear it if you were in the kitchen. When you are up at night and it is quiet that clicking was a bit annoying. I went into the other bedroom to see if there was a clicking from that vent but that one was quiet. Maybe it is something that can be fixed. Hopefully, but if not it wasn’t too bad. Still, a very nice stay at a very nice condo.

Tyler's place is exactly as you see in the pictures and as he describes it. He was very responsive with any questions I had. The place was very clean and had lots of natural night. It looks brand new and has everything you need for being away from home. The surrounding area is very safe. There is a train track next to the building but I rarely heard anything. I would definitely stay here again.

I came up on a business trip to Chatham with a colleague and Tyler's place was lovely to stay at. The unit was comfortable and spacious, with nice modern decor and a great balcony to enjoy meals and relax. It was very clean and had ample supplies and amenities. The building was really easy to find and get checked into, and Tyler was friendly and responsive before, during and at the end of our trip. Being so close to downtown, transportation was easy and quick. We had a great experience and will definitely book again when we have the chance. Thank you, Tyler!
