No plans & limited customer service.
Looks like I'm not the first to share this disappointment - we've got no problems with the product itself, its the fact that it came with no plans and despite double-digit phone calls and emails, with promises of "they'll be with you shortly", months passed with no plan in site! Once they've got your cash, their work is done.
Additionally, some of the parts were damaged on arrival (they were shipped very poorly and would have been plain to see when loading that some of the components would not survive any journey) - again, despite assurances a refund for replacements would be made, I'm still waiting 6 months later.
Excellent service from conception to completion! Liam and his team were extremely helpful and always available to answer questions. The installation team
Paul and Dave were superb they worked so hard a credit to the company.

Appalling customer services. Ensure you check order before despatch!
I ordered close to £750 worth of decking in mid-March for delivery on 8th April. Was advised on 4th April having difficulties in sourcing 5.4m lengths but would get back to me.
I had to call on mid morning on Monday, day before due delivery to ask status as hadn’t heard a thing. Was advised the order had been cancelled and monies refunded. No offer of any compensation only ‘we’re sorry but couldn’t source the required lengths’.
Still waiting, after over a month, for installation of windows which should have been installed at the same time as the newly erected workshop. Everything has been paid for in advance. Promised delivery and installation dates not met. Our patience is at an end. Now in the hands of our solicitors.

Hi Jovanka, We’re very sorry for the delay and completely understand your frustration. Unfortunately, the windows were not delivered to us by the supplier as expected, which held up the installation. While this was outside of our control, we’ve now issued a refund as a gesture of goodwill, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this has caused.
Really pleased with our new mobile stables, great value for money, very good quality build and the guys were friendly and efficient. Came all the way up to Lincolnshire to install. Good customer service, answered all my questions. Would definitely recommend and use again!

Bought in good faith - paid promptly! The building we purchased came without the plans - A whole month ago we phoned them to request the plans & they informed us they would send them over straight away...they did not come...I sent sent two emails over the next couple of days but both emails were ignored. We went away expecting the plans would be sorted by the time we got back, but they were not. We phoned yesterday morning to be told they would be sent to us by the end of day, they were not, I rang again late in the afternoon only to be told they would be with us by 5pm. They were not. I rang them today at 15.30 to be told ' we will look into this and ring you straight back' They did not! We have someone coming to erect the building but wants the plans!! I really do not understand what the problem is???? I am bitterly regretting using this company & we are looking to get legal advice.

Good quality building and the team were all really helpful from the design to the fitting everyone was organised and very efficient. Our mobile field shelter was completed within a day and the horses were using it straight away. Great company who I would definitely use again.

We are very pleased with our small stable complex. . National Timber Buildings have done a superb job, the quality and workmanship are excellent and the price very reasonable too. The guys erected the structure in three days and they were polite and efficient. Would highly recommend this company. Thank you guys !!

I contacted a few local companies for quotes to include installation and delivery. I was asking for a building built to my spec regarding storage/security/stables and I was very impressed with the speed of response via email, price and then speed of delivery and installation once all was agreed. They were also incredibly helpful when I altered what I was asking for!
I would definitely recommend them and I would use them again.

Very reasonable price ,lads were on time polite and very efficient,only issue would be the locks supplied on the unit ,bolt lock ok but all screws for it are showing so a lock is no good as anybody with a screwdriver can get in ,needs to be a bolted bolt and hidden screw receiver

Smooth delivery and install, erected to completion in 1x day!
This is our second shelter from National Timber Buildings as the first one still looks so good after 6 years, we were able to confidently buy another.
The building (in this case, a field shelter) feels like good value, and is an impressive quality.
We will stain the building to blend into the others behind it in the pictures, and pour a level concrete base, and job is a gooden.
We would recommend this supplier.
