Company contacted me told me my grandmother's home was sold and they wanted to pursue $108,000 to split between 8 family members now the guy (Andrew Debono) i spoke to doesn't work there and no one knows anything I believed i was being scammed from the start but thought let's try but now 8 months later nothing.
A man named ****** cold called me about helping with my father's house going under foreclosure after he committed suicide. My siblings and I signed the paperwork with notary and then all their phone numbers go straight to voicemail or just don't work. This "company" preys on people who have lost loved ones, it's disgusting.
I have been trying to get a hold of this company for two weeks. My deceased mother and father’s home was sold, they Contacted me and had me sign Documents. And now both agents that were working with me, have gone MIA. They told me it would be 30 days till the property closed for the sale. And now I’m in the dark. Do not go with this company. They’re terrible. You can’t get a hold of anybody even when you call the agency directly.
This company is a total scam! They will not answer you back! My mother in law signed all her e documents and set up payment and then was ghosted by the company! Alexander Muniz is the CEO and he is a complete joke just like this company! If your in the same boat I suggest you call better business bureau and get a lawyer like we are having to do!
I was talking to Andrew Debono and we were in close contact.. as soon as he got my bank information, he stopped responding, wouldn’t answer call or text and completely ignored all attempts at contact. THIS IS A SCAM!!!

BIG red flag when there are all 5 star reviews. I was contacted by Alexander Muniz and Leo Puckering and all of a sudden I'm ghosted. I've called the building and every other phone number, never an answer or response. 1 email doesn't exist and Leo doesn't respond. Very cruel to use people's loved one who have passed on for leverage. I don't know what the goal was but they didn't ask for any personal information but I guess all they had to do was research the internet. NOT IMPRESSED!
Got a call from , Leo Puckering
simply told me that some amount of money was left for me to collect from a house that I owed on foreclosure. Didn’t ask for anything up front just got told if we collected the money a small amount of 0.3% was for their company. Didn’t believe the guy at first but in 2 weeks time i did receive the check and everything went as he told me also really professional and respectful l. I greatly appreciate their help strongly recommend them.

I normally don’t leave reviews but the reviews I read were the only reason I believed the National Equity Agency wasn’t a scam of some kind, so I wanted to leave one incase it could reassure someone else who’s hesitant like I was originally. When my mom passed away her house was in bankruptcy, there were liens on the house, it was being sold by the bank and I have/had no experience whatsoever navigating these kinds of situations. My brothers and I had basically tossed our hands in the air and accepted that we were going to lose our family’s home and any financial compensation from it after losing our mother. It was around then that we got a call from The National Equity Agency offering to help us/represent us to get the pay out from the house sale that we were entitled to. The initial call did come off as very scammy and I felt super hesitant to give any information or agree to let them help us. It was then that I googled them and after reading through their reviews and website that I felt like they were actually legit and not a scam. I decided to take the chance and work with them and I am genuinely so glad I did. They handled all of the paperwork, all of the court cases, they answered any and all questions I had about the process and legalities of the circumstance. They were very available and easy to get ahold of, and they took a monumental amount of stress off of my shoulders. Through working with them my siblings and I were able to get the financial compensation we were entitled to after our family’s home was sold.
