You guys have been a very big help towards my credit card debt and I thank you guys for your good job.

Just signed up yesterday, and the peace of mind allowed me to get some much needed sleep - you don't realize how stressed you really are until you have your finances in place the way you want it to be - thank you **************** of National Debt Relief -

I just want to start by saying be cautious and get 2nd and 3rd opinions. I was looking a way to pay down my debt faster so I could purchase a home. I was directed to National Debt Relief for help. All my credit is on time. I just needed help with balance. I was talking with ********************* about what can be done to help me. He said that I could go into their program, HOWEVER.... I had to let all my debt go DELINQUENT. I was unsure about this because payment history is a key factor. When I discussed this with **** he was stating that it is not a huge impact and that it really won't affect me in the long run and that utilization was the MOST CRUCIAL. So I told him I wanted to get second and third opinions and to send over the contract. He never sent the contract over. I discussed this with a lawyer and an underwriting professional and both stated that he was incorrect and that payment history is 33% and utilization is 30% so both equally important. They also stated that recent delinquency will heavily impact my capabilities of getting a mortgage. So in short BE VERY CAREFUL. They were feeding me incorrect or insufficient information to get me to sign on this program. They don't care about their clients just getting them. Get Other Opinions.

Please think it through before deciding to go with this company for debt relief. I feel like this program ruined my life, and its a scam. They tell you in the beginning to just stop paying all your credit cards, have no contact with your creditor, and start paying them. Its all fine and dandy at first because you think you are saving a few bucks by not paying your credit card payments. I put in over $5000 into this company within about nine months, and hardly anything actually went to the two settlements that I approved. Once I approved it they took almost all the money I saved up as fees BEFORE anything was paid to the companies. They were actually asking me to put more money into the account because the agreed upon payment supposedly was not enough. I 100% regret using this company because it ruined my good credit, and I regret just not working it through with my creditors instead. Now I am on the verge of filing bankruptcy, which I never intended for. Most of my creditors were more than willing to settle the debt for less because they sent countless emails/letters, but instead I sent everything over to National Debt Relief to settle like they said to do. Trust me, your debts will probably end up costing even more after their huge fees than the cost before you stopped paying on your late payments. I just really want to warn others not to make the same mistake as I did. I have been very depressed after getting into this mess and fearing that any day now I will be sued. Dont let the good reviews full you either. They ask their customers multiple times within the first month or so if they are satisfied with their company, and like I said before you think its all good at first because your paying slightly lower payments and you can have a few weeks off before paying them. I just hope this review can help somebody, I am paying for the consequences now and I wish I never would have been fooled by this scam.

So far its been good. Im only just beginning the process. The rep who signed me up was very kind and professional. She answered all my questions and was patient when I interrupted her. Im hopeful that they will be able to get me out of this mess and in a timely manner. I became ill and the bills have piled up, I was struggling and stressed. NDR helped me see that I can get through this! They took a huge weight off my shoulders.

The person helping me, *** was kind, considerate and patient with me. He explained everting to my satisfaction. I am pleased that I am being helped by National Debt Relief.

It isn't easy, admitting and acting upon being impossibly in debt, but these folks so far are making it as helpful as possible.

I got the honesty tht I was looking for I didn't feel doubtful or uneasy. Like when other places made it to where you weren't sure. NDR didn't push me into anything or made me question anything at all.
