Brilliant -i am in my eighties and partly disabled due to a recent stroke and your driver just couldn't do enough to help both me and my wife who is also in her eighties - got both of us and our car home quickly and safely with absolutely no help from either of us I would recommend national breakdown to everybody every time - David and Jean

Rescued, recovered and relayed to safety in 20 minutes! Having been on hold with the AA for what felt like an eternity, only to be told it would be another 3 hours before a recovery would be sent to help my son, I tried these guys. Phone was answered very quickly. I was given a quote up front and was told I had a time slot of 60 - 90 minutes. My son was actually recovered in 20 minutes. Fabulous service. I broke down in Stadhampton this evening called National breakdown they were extremely helpful and had a recovery vehicle to me within an hour They kept in contact with me throughout the whole ordeal and got both me,my husband and my car home safely and gave me a courtesy call to make sure we all got home safely, Thankyou for everything you were amazing I will recommend you to anyone.

my car broke down the lady on the phone was really lovely so helpful, she even called after to check i was safe and arrived at my destination. Allan the recovery man was a polite kind respectful man top service defo recommend.

Really good Service knew when they were coming to collect which was within the hour. Picked up my car from home after wheel was totally flat took me and the car to Mid Devon Tyres as had already sorted replacement tyre to get it replaced.

I managed to limp my car to my mother in law's house. I phoned CBC insurance who took the details. I then had a call from National Breakdown stating that they were very busy and would be 2 hours. CBC sent me a text stating that the truck would be an hour. The very friendly, very good and efficient diver took the car to my nominated local garage and went a couple of miles more to drop us home. My mother in law is 92. I suppose that the two hours wait was acceptable. Apparently another man was given priority because he was still at the roadside. Very good service.
