👎 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 NO GOOD NO GOOD NO GOOD SO I GREW UP WITH NATHAN JR AND JUST RECENTLY GO MY 2000 FOR EXCURSION WORK ON AND I TOOK IT TO NATHINS AUTOMOTIVE AND THEY DID THE COILEPACK THAT BLEW OUT AND NEEDED TO BE HEAILEY COILED SO NATHAN JR TELLS ME 6 MOUTH WARRENTY AND THEY DO THE JOB NOT 4 MONTH'S LATER IT DOES IT AGAIN SO I CALL AND TALK TO NATHAN SR AND HE TELLS ME TO CALL FORD THAT HE DON'T HAVE TIME AND HE'S NOT GOING TO DO THE JOB BECOUSE IT NEEDS A NEW HEAD SO HE'S NOT DOING IT THAT I NEED TO TAKE IT TO FORD AND TOLD ME FORD IS JUNK I DON'T EVEN LIKE WORKING ON THEM SO I ASKED WHY HE TOOK THE JOB AND HE SAYS I DIDN'T WORK ON IT MY GUY'S DID AND I TOLD YOU TO TAKE IT TO FORD SO I ASK ABOUT MY WARRENTY AND NATHAN SR SAID I DON'T CARE WHAT MY SON TOLD YOU I'M NOT DOING IT SO I WAS VERY NICE AND TOLD HIM THX FOR YOUR TIME AND HAVE A BLESSED DAY AND II HAVE KNOWN THESE PEOPLE FOR 35 + YES YEARS GREW UP WITH HIS SON I MESSED UP AND DID NOT GET IT IN WRITING BECAUSE HE WAS A FRIEND AND I'M ÖLD FASHION I BELIVE A MAN'S WORD WHEN HE TELLS ME SOMETHING ESPECIALLY IF YOUR A CHILD HOOD FRIEND I DON'T THINK NATHAN JR WOULD OF HANDLED IT THAT WAY BUT DEFINITELY NOT PERFESSONAL MR NATHAN SR YOUR A VERY UNPERFESSONAL MAN AND SHOULDN'T OF TOOK THE JOB AND THEN BEEN VERY UNPERFESSONAL ABOUT THINGS AND LEAVING ME STUCK WITH OUT A TRUCK AS THE SAYING GOES BUT THX FOR YOUR UNPERFESSONAL TIME MR NATHAN SR AND GOD BLESS !!!

I've been using Nathan's for several years after they were suggested to me by a friend. It is hard to find a mechanic that people feel they can trust. I fully trust Nathan's.

First off, I live very close to this establishment and absolutely loves supporting local businesses. The fact that this local business is family owned and seems to be second generation just makes it all the better.
What really blew me away and my service, was how honest transparent and knowledgeable Nathan was during all of our conversations. I went in for one thing and yes he advised that I could use a few more things but he did not push, merely informed.

Good customer service, great communication, and quality work at a fair price. I was at my wit's end with the undiagnosed transmission and check engine lights of my Ford Escape when I brought it to Nathan's on a blind whim. The vehicle coincidentally broke down nearby, so I figured it was worth a last ditch effort before paying for an astronomical tow back to Clearwater. I didn't expect much seeing as I already received inaccurate diagnosis from my usual mechanic, transmission shop, and even the Ford dealership. However, the technicians at Nathan's Automotive quickly exceeded my expectations with their expertise! I only partially described the issues of the car and the technicians already assessed all the possible causes. The auto shop replaced the heater outlet, reservoir tank, hose assembly, and the transmission cooler control valve. They provided updates throughout every step of the process and were very transparent with pricing. I highly recommend this auto shop and will definitely come back again in the future!
These guys saved me from spending $1200. Brandon Honda told me my starter was broken, when I only needed to replace the battery. I took my car to Nathan's and they verified there was no issue with the starter, and if there were, would only charge around $500. My car has been driving fine so Nathan's Auto was right. I also left my purse in my car with all my credit cards, no one touched anything. This is an honorable business. Give them a chance.
