OUTRAGEOUSLY SHOCKING COMPANY I made a request over 2 months ago and have been repeatedly ignored. This company’s customer services are in breach of consumer rights. I have whatsapped, Facebook messaged, emailed a complaint multiple times only to be ignored repeatedly. No one will pass me onto a customer service adviser. I am lost for what I can possibly do besides get legal advice I have been promised time and time again that someone will get back to me, only to be ghosted and stranded in the AI loop. I have a paper trail of WhatsApp messages, texts, Facebook messages not to mention my actual complaint emails which have been sent to both NastyGal and Debenhams. This company has failed to respond to my email complaint, I have only received the same auto generated complaint over and over promising a response in 48 hours, which obviously never happens because they prefer to ignore their customers. My complaint still stands, and I am contacting trading standards due to their negligence and lack of response. Do not order from this company!

If I could give this brand a 0/5 stars I would. Nasty Gal has the worst customer support team and service. I ordered a two-piece set on expedited FedEx shipping and the package didn't even arrive in time for a party, so I returned all the items and requested a refund for the shipping as well. FedEx sided with me on the issue, and they still refused to issue me a refund for it so they scammed me out of $25. I even provided proof and made calls to FedEx and they were still gaslighting me and refusing to help resolve this issue for me.

I purchased an item, it didn't fit so I tried to return it. Their return portal kept giving me an error so I reached out to customer service via Whatsapp/Messsanger (I tried both) and the chat bot sent me in circles. After a week of trying to get a real human, they told me the item was not returnable, which it was and I pointed out their own policy to them. They realized it was and then sent me a link to the return portal, which I already told them sent me into an error loop. As a business owner myself there is one reason this usually happens: 1. The company is on the decline and has no money to restock, have good customer service, etc. I will never shop there again, I've never experienced such bad customer service.

We really need to make 0 stars an option when leaving a review. I ordered 4 items, only 2 arrived. There was no name on the package that I received, so I had to match numbers to verify that it was mine. The 2 dresses that I did receive were so poorly made, that I returned them. I am still missing 2 dresses, but based on the quality of what I received, I don't want them. I've reached out to customer service two times, but have not received a response. I keep getting broken or expired links to contact Nasty Gal on social media. I don't usually submit reviews, but this site has earned the distinction of being THE WORST online shopping experience I have ever had. They have gotten even basic steps wrong. RIDICULOUS!!!!!!! The worst company! I’ve been waiting for my refund for 1.5 months, and they kept ignoring me every time I tried to contact them. When I finally managed to reach someone, they claimed my refund was processed a long time ago. However, the last time I spoke to them, they simply told me to wait. Now, suddenly, they say the refund was already processed and that I need to check with Apple Pay. On top of that, there’s the issue with items that were never delivered. Their response? They told me to check with my neighbors, even though the tracking clearly shows no movement on the package. This is a terrible business that seems to be stealing money. Avoid at all costs!

I ordered several items from Nasty Gal, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. First, despite paying extra for 2-day shipping, my package took longer to arrive. To make matters worse, when I finally received it, some of the items were missing! I paid for a service that was not delivered, and the customer service has been unhelpful so far. This kind of carelessness and poor service is unacceptable. I won’t be ordering from Nasty Gal again, and I’d advise others to be cautious as well.

Would give no stars if I could. Ordered two jackets that were both ridiculously huge. But how would I know that they ran large since they don't have a review section under the items. I wonder why lolol. So I return these jackets, the vendor gets them, I wait a week or two and syill haven't heard anything back. I reach out to customer care and they say because I'm in America it will take A MONTH to receive the refund, even though they know the vendor received my items. Okay. So I wait a month, at this point not expecting anything good. Well of course the month lapses so I reach out again a day after they told me that my refund period would be over. The repesentative i get confirms i should have my refund my now, gets another rep on the chat with me. They tell me to wait another day for the refund. I'm sorry but no. I disputed the charge. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. After this experience I have read several similar experiences, of people not getting refunds or getting partial refunds. You should not have to negotiate this, this should be a simple process. They are untrustworthy. Will NEVER shop here again, and I expect that if they keep this up there won't be opportunity to much longer.

Scammers! DO NOT BUY FROM NASTY GAL! I paid for next day shipping almost 3 weeks later and my order hasn't arrive. Not to mention the tracker doesn't even exist. There is no number to call only a help chat virtual assistant and they keep telling me I have to wait 5 more days and it's being escalated. This is crazy! Now I can't reach a rep at all it says to co tact them on social media and they keep deleting my comments and won't respond to my messages.
