Don't order delivery from this location!
I never received my order. The manager accused me of trying to get free product from her. She was very rude and condescending, kept calling me "sweetie" as she talked down to me. I asked for a refund but never received it or my order.
Thanks for stealing $20 from me and wasting 2 weeks of my time, Napa.
Save yourself the trouble and just go to Autozone.

Has to be THE WORST Napa I have ever been in. If you are greeted when you come in, then you are one of the lucky ones. Usually it's chaos with the manager to busy being rude and disrespectful to either another customer or someone on the phone. I decided a while ago not to go to this location any longer but unfortunately in a time crunch my new Napa store (in Franklin) called in parts for me to pick up so I thought it would be easy enough to get in and out since I had already paid for them at my othe store. Boy was I wrong! The manager not only got rude with me she got nasty with her employee who was giving me my parts. It's well worth the trip to go 10 minutes down the road to the Franklin store!! Trust me you will be treated with respect there!
Customer service has taken a nosedive. Counter help was too lazy to even get off her bench to test a battery. Had an elderly gentleman trying to carry car batteries around the shop for her, She has no knowledge of automobiles out their parts.
I know good help us hard to find, but she isn't worth employing.

Extremely rude customer service, lady answered the phone without saying anything and started screaming it’s 5 over and over again when the store hours online says 6pm and then hung up on me. Please fix your employees attitudes or your store hours on google. Thanks.
