It's a scam! The worst trip of my life! The company is not registered with the Intellectual Property Commission of Companies (CIPC) of South Africa and doesn't have a license number. Consequently, it doesn't make travel contracts, the invoice it sends has no legal value because it lacks tax identification number and also lacks mandatory insurance. This Germán guy, Peruvian and "specialist" in this destination, designed a trip to Peru for me that was an absolute disaster, I'll make it short: the trip started in Puno at almost 4000 m altitude and I got altitude sickness for a week ( it should start at a lower level for the body to adapt ). I couldn't go up to Machu Picchu because he bought the wrong tickets and never consulted me, he also never fixed it. The hotels didn't correspond to the stars they claimed to have. One of them didn't even have a hairdrier and at first place the tried to put me in a room with the window boarded up, I got one with a window facing the street, by giving tips here and there. I booked an excursion to the beaches of Lima with a private driver, but he was not such. I was picked up by a very nice guy, dressed very casually with a baseball cap, without a company logo or anything that identified him as a driver. Later on, he told me that he was a friend of the family. On the way back we had to refuel. Professional? Nanan Travel is not responsible for anything. In the complaints and requests I only received apologies and no solutions, so I am forced to escalate the matter and take legal action.

Absolutely amazing. If you’re looking for a luxury tour, this is your guy. He is very attentive, kind and personable, and he is always one call away to answer your questions. He planned an extraordinary trip for my family of 11 people to Cape Town, a safari in the bush, and a wonderful trip to Hermanus beach. Again, I could not recommend him more - absolutely 10 out of 10 and surpasses any and all expectations.101%!

I could not have asked for a better experience working with German and Nanan Travel! Not only did German organize a flawless, multi-location, two-week trip throughout South Africa, but also he went above and beyond to help me plan a surprise proposal to my (now) fiancée! He coordinated with the safari lodge, connected me with an amazing photographer, and handled many more details to make sure the moment was perfect. German was also fun to work with, knows all the best places and people in South Africa, and was incredibly responsive throughout our trip. Thanks to German, we had a seamless two weeks that we will be talking about for a lifetime. I hope to come back to Africa, and whenever that may be, German will be my first call!

We wanted to see a new continent and since we had not been to Africa before, we decided to visit South Africa. We approached German to help us organize our trip and make the most out of the time we had. He booked our stay at a game reserve recommended by him, where we had an amazing time! As a real local, he gave us advice on what we should see in Western Cape area, both by ourselves and during a private guided tour. For our days in Cape Town he also told us about some of his favorite spots. We returned home with no doubt that we need to visit SA again! Small group/private, eco-focused, collaborative with local communities to ensure the thriving of all and so much more. From start to finish my experience with Nanan Travel to book our trip to Cape Town was superb! German is ultra-responsive and was a pleasure to work with throughout. His suggestions were great and he crafted an itinerary to meet my specific needs but also made sure I didn’t miss anything. All of the tours he scheduled were perfect and the airport transfers and guides were friendly and knew the areas we visited well. We really enjoyed the hotel we stayed at and all of the restaurant recommendations that he suggested based on my culinary preferences. Even when our trip started with an unexpected delay due to a passport issue, German went above and beyond to try and help us get here. I would highly recommend Nanan Travel for your trip. 100% recomendado. Germán planeo con nosotros nuestro viaje a africa. Estuvo literal 24/7 durante todo el viaje, haciéndonos sentir seguros durante las 3 semanas que estuvimos en Africa. Los hoteles donde nos quedamos súper bonitos y súper bien ubicados, sus recomendaciones también súper! Definitivamente entendió lo que queríamos en este viaje. Los guías que nos puso todos con bastante conocimiento, muy buen inglés y amigables. Y en Capetown definitivamente Germán nos hizo sentir como locales y en casa! This is the second time we have used Nanan Travel, and again we have been thrilled with our holiday. German took all of the hard work out of planning a complex holiday that involved travel to multiple countries in three weeks. Because German is based in Africa he has a local knowledge and has actually visited many of the destinations and hotels, which means he can provide first hand advice on where to visit and stay. The trip was meticulously planned by German and everything went smoothly. If we decide to go on another trip to Africa, German will be the first person we contact. We highly recommend!

Hola Germán, queríamos aprovechar por agradecerte todas las gestiones! El avión me encantó el servicio, las hostess y hasta el piloto que avisaba con tienda si iba a haber turbulencias o no. El hotel también nos pareció perfecto! El location ideal, no mucha gente (como hubiera sido el Waterfront) y las camas y almohadas comodísimas! Los tours también excelentes. El del yate recontra simpático y conversador y Gabriel lo máximo también, reclntra puntual y sabía todo! Al pobre lo hemos hecho hablar sin parar por dos días y siempre con buenísima disposición!

Egipto un destino que no podemos dejar de conocer, todo muy bien pensado y organizado, hoteles espectaculares, egiptólogos de primera, el crucero Historia en el Nilo totalmente recomendable, comida, atención y comodidad de primera, el hotel Cataract una joya a orillas del Nilo y el Marriot Mena House con la mejor vista de las pirámides, un viaje inolvidable.
