Reasonably priced hotel that is decent
☺ Its proximity to amenities.
☹ The hotel manager doesn’t work weekends and was not available to cancel my booking forcing me to stay a night so as to not lose my funds.

Clean but too loud for a family trying to recharge and rest.
☺ Staff was friendly and rooms were clean but very simple.
☹ On a busy road and was loud all night. We heard dogs barking all night as well, which was strange to be in a large city. Was not a restful night before we went out to the bush.

☺ The space in the room
☹ Wifi is limited. Username and password are given every time you want to connect and when it reaches some limit which I don’t know, you need to ask another username and password which is very inconvenient. This doesn’t give value added service to the guests. There is no hotel breakfast as well and you can’t buy water from the hotel once you finished the complimentary. The location is very busy and sketchy which is quite uncomfortable. I don’t think the price is fair for what they provide.

If your voucher is no longer working the receptionists are there to give you another voucher at no cost. Whilst we do not have a kitchen our partner onsite provides our guests with Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. We offer complimentary water in the rooms. Once it is finished you can buy extra water at the reception at a small fee. We value you as our customer and look forward to hosting you in the near future. Regards Judith
