From the moment I called on Monday for issues with my internet to today when it was fixed, I've had nothing but wonderful help. They organised a technician to come out and even contacted me after the job was done to make sure everything was working again. Can not thank them enough for their help and support through the process of fixing the internet issues

It has been 6 days now and our internet is still not fixed/activated. They keep on providing vague reasons but no timeline on when it will be resolved. To date, we are still paying for 2 providers but can't use either due to the poor installation service of MyOwn Tel. Will you guys cover all consequential losses incurred? We don't even get a proactive update, we keep calling daily only to get a generic update that it is being escalated. I don't care what level of escalations you have internally or who the 3rd party providers you have dependencies on. It is your responsibility to ensure your customer gets the services they paid for by ensuring all your providers live up to your service requirements.

I have been a customer of MyOwn Tel for 6 years. During this time I have always been provided exemplary service. Today I required a little extra assistance getting a new router connected. I contacted the technicians and my call was answered immediately by Jake A who guided me though the process with such great patience and went above and beyond in customer service. Thank you kindly Jake, you made a difficult task a pleasure.

We have found Jake to be very patient with us every time we have spoken with him over the phone, we were very grateful as we have limited knowledge with internet connects, Jake was always polite and explains the terminology extremely well. Our internet was up and running no time. Myown Tel you have a wonderful employee in Jake.
