This place has truly improved over the years. I have been coming here now for quite some time and the food is just delicious. I just ate the taco dinner with chicken and the tacos were so unbelievably fresh. As I'm sitting here it's 5:24 pm and people are coming in for dinner so you know it's good. I chose to sit in and eat here and it's always clean and bright. I recommend this place highly for Mexican food!

I recently visited Jalapeno, a small Mexican restaurant in Orland Park. The ambiance was quiet and cozy, making it a great place to relish some authentic, mouth-watering Mexican food. During my visit, I ordered four chicken tacos and six jalapeno poppers. The food was tasty, simple, unique, and reasonably priced. The restaurant was also clean and well-maintained.

Cozy little Mexican restaurant with FIRE chips & salsa. I'm a chunky salsa type of gal, but when I tell you theirs is amazing I MEAN IT! The burrito was good and so was the service. :) I did notice some fruit flies and my bfs burrito fell apart. The only downfalls

This is the #1 Mexican restaurant I would recommend to anyone. The food never disappoints. The young cook is the best. I go here often. The only thing missing is some coupons or discounts.

Hi Chris and Hannah we have adjusted our schedule over time. We used to open 9am to 9pm for years but after 7pm we would get 2 or 3 transactions at the most. We realized it wasn't cost efective to stay open that late so we moved it to 8pm then to 7pm. Sunday was our slowest day. And since this is a family business we nedded a day off so after the pandemic we decided to close on sundays. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We ordered 3 chicken tacos and 3 chorizo tacos today. While the chicken tacos were good, the chorizo tacos were inedible. Whoever prepared the them burned the chorizo so badly that it was actually black and crunchy. Either learn how to cook or hire a cook that knows what he/she is doing.
