Bus service is very unreliable, Chris is very cocky at the front desk. The way he decided to talk to my mother in law was absolutely disrespectful and uncalled for. Getting personal with someone is not your job. When you get paid to provide a service you do your job and your job isn’t to ask 21 questions. Get the bus there or let us know when you can. Point blank period.
Amazing amd caring people! Such a great service for those with mobility issues. They went out of their way to make sure my mom could get home from the hospital later in the evening after her procedure was delayed. Special shout out to the driver John and to the dispatch team who put our minds to ease with their care and diligence.
Honestly I love it can get pretty much anywhere I need to the down fall is legit no matter if I calling a week in advance or 24 hours in advance I can't ever seem to get rides for work! I found myself without a vehicle or someone to take me to work and I've used the bus system before and was like I got a back up. Buht now I can't EVER seem to get a ride no matter what times I put down. Just recently I tried to get my last 2 days of work rides mind you for the last week now and was told all the way up to 10am for both days was unavailable! Like how do all the buses have no avaliablity ever
Very much in the middle. Great drivers, but I have not been able to log into my son's account so I was unaware of any fees on his end and now I owe over $100 for fees. He needs to get to school and I need to get to work and if I can't, I can't pay those fees... So now I'm stuck in a loop... Can't get to work can't pay, he can't get to school, I can't get to work, can't pay etc. how did the fees get so high when it's supposed to only be a $15 max in the neg? How am I supposed to shit out $100 to pay a bus who doesn't even take card? I'm a single mother here any help would actually be appreciated.
They now make you call dispatch to schedule a ride. They don't allow you to schedule on the app. Also, they won't take riders into Ingham County unless it's for medical reasons, or to get dropped off at the CATA main station downtown.
