The place was good. I have only a few friendly suggestions for the host. Guests should know that there are signs in each bathroom that say “If you choose to use our white towels and get a stain on them, you will be charged $50 per towel.” I’ve just never heard of this in any hotel or Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. It’s not welcoming. Maybe change to colored towels. Also, there is a $200 cleaning fee but the host asks guests the courtesy of doing a load of laundry, washing all dishes in the dishwasher and taking out all trash and recycles. The first door unlock code I received did not work and there was no phone number provided to contact the host. That would be helpful to provide. After sending three messages, I left. Then they sent a new code and I went back and it worked. Checkout is 10am sharp and late fees apply at 10:30am. Many of the electrical outlets do not work so the host may want to check on that. Overall, the place was clean and comfortable and I do recommend it.
Sasha was excellent at communicating. We felt very comfortable from the very beginning. My dog Renly was very comfortable which usually takes him a day or so, but he was comfortable immediately. Backyard is the perfect size not too big not too small. Took Renly a couple minutes to get used to the golf carts and the people if they were terrible at golf they were very much right in front of you laugh out loud but , he learned to get used to that and found it entertaining towards the end of our stay. We would love to stay at some of his other properties as well. His cleaning person is on point, which is hard to find. I would definitely recommend any of his listings fantastic job.
The home had everything we needed for a one-week renovation being done to our home along with tasteful decoration. The home was in a nice quiet neighborhood with plenty of convenient restaurants and businesses close by. The beds were comfortable and many conveniences were provided (such as dishwashing detergent, coffee, laundry detergent, paper towels, etc.) , but the best part about the home was the heated saltwater pool at the end of October. All of our fur babies were able to have a comfortable place to stay. There was an issue with the Smart locks for the first 2 days of our stay, but Sasha was friendly while coming over to handle the situation. He provided an acceptable solution.
The house was exactly as posted! We didn’t have time to use the pool but it was beautiful and warm, perfect for dipping our toes during coffee time. The location is great, in a residential area but just blocks from the freeway and shopping. Sasha was great, I reached out a couple times and both times I had a response within minutes!
Loved the property , we felt right at home . My kids enjoyed the heated pool in this chilly weather . Very thankful they accommodate my small Yorkie as he too is part of the family.Sacha is a great host always responsive , and very polite. It would be nice if check in and check out would be more flexible but I understand they are on a schedule. Highly recommended this home for small families
The house was as described and well priced. The furniture was aesthetically appealing. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked and highly organized. Check in was thorough and well defined. The garage door didn’t work so I did not utilize it. My only cons were the threat of overpriced fees for things like staining the white towels ($50 fee per towel), or losing the generic garage door opener ($125 to replace). This made us uncomfortable and nervous about being in the house especially because items like the furniture were not made well, pretty but cheaply made. However, that aside it was nice to bring my furbabies at no additional charge. The host was communicative and gave great directions. I understand the reason for the fees because everyone is not a great guest like us, but cheaply made things break often and I don’t want to be stuck paying $50 for a $5 towel. I would cautiously recommend this place to others as it was a nice stay and the pool looked nice.
