If I had one advice - I'd say - invest in something that works.
This diet pill can be a bit unpredictable if you do not follow a good diet. I feel like, to be successful, your definitely going to have to watch your fat intake. Otherwise, you will learn the meaning of sharting very very quickly. But lets get into the topic of what it does. This medicine reduces the amount of fat your body absorbs. If you don't eat too much fatty stuff then you will be much less likely to see the side effects. If you eat too much, you will get acquainted with two things - oily stools and fear of farts.I'll be honest, I tried it for months - on and off. It was somewhat torture because I'd eat good for a bit then go swing by mcdonalds or Taco bell. Shsh, Pepto want save you - your best friend will be the toilet and many times you will visit said toilet.So, with that said, I can't recommend this diet pill because it's unpredictable even if you do eat right mostly. I can't recommend it, because I don't want to be at work and have to poot and next thing you know - I got to change my clothes. If I had to do it over again, I would have got on prescribed diet med that actually worked and had none of the side effects of this medicine.

Fraud. The solid blue pill is not authentic
This bottle of Alli was completely different. Unfortunately I didn't open up the new package until after the return timeline. I have an email that supports this. The real Alli capsule has the name on it and is light blue with a darker blue stripe. The new capsule has no writing and is a darker blue. The substance inside is also different. Would like a refund. Please contact me via email regarding this.

This product does not work. I have been using Alli on and off, but I usually purchased it at Walmart or Walgreens. However, I got lazy and purchased it on Amazon. I knew something was off with the pills, but they had the same logo so, didn't think of anything. The only way I would know is to actually start taking it. I tested it last night and ate a fatty meal. As a result, no oil came out and I have been taking it for the week. Never buy Alli on Amazon.

Does work!
I lost over 50 lbs in 2023 with this product. It really does work! Now, you do hit a wall after a while. It’s been a little over a year and an half and I’ve lost weight consistently. However, I am now I’m moving on to an actual prescription and using my last bottle. Honestly, with a good low calorie diet and exercise you WILL see results!

Didn't work for me
I've been using these for almost three weeks now, and I've only had one bowel movement with side effects—the one of many that is warned about by the medication and mentioned by many others—but just once. I understand that everyone’s biology is different and people react in various ways, but I haven’t noticed any changes in my regular bathroom routine—no urgency to go, and none of the other effects the medication warns about. Either I'm one of the few that is lucky to not experience the side effects or the pills aren't working as intended. I was hoping these would give me a slight edge in weight loss but i haven't loss any more weight than i usually did before i took this medication

No weight loss after following directions
I found no reduction in my weight. I drank plenty of water, took the recommend dosage and watch my fat intake. I didn't loose 1 lb despite walking every night for 25 min. If you doo eat something with more fat than intenended you will know because it gives you a gas and its oily as well. Learned that on the 2nd day when eating wings. Needless to say I didn't eat anything that was overly fatty after that and didn't experience that issue again.

Not what I expected
I don't have a high fat diet but I thought I would try to help in my wight lose journey. First it does not curve appetite but on the rare days that I did have olive oil it did come right out. I guess it's good for people with high fat or high oil diets but because I eat mostly vegetables and low fat it's not for me.
