We were pleased with the product. Because we live outside of Winnipeg we knew it would be curb side delivery. My husband and I (who are both seniors) were able to open it up in our garage and remove parts to be assembled. That left the main cabinet which we were just able to carry, due to the weight, into our home. From there we were able to easily assemble the bed. Took about 4 hours. We were disappointed with the delivery time. Ordered and paid in August and it was delivered at the end of October. The company did keep us updated on delivery delays.

Queen Murphy bed We are extremely happy with our queen Murphy bed and the install. It fits exactly where we wanted it and love the finished product. Our rating would have been a perfect 5 except for lacking communication......HOWEVER, Ryan made it right and got everything back on track for us. The install he did was very professional and he went over and above to make things right for us. We would certainly recommend their product to everyone.

Great experience! Very pleasant dealing with this company. I had many questions that Ryan answered for me beforehand. Arrangements for the bed and installation were smooth and timely. Luke did the installation, in a tight spot, left the area neat and clean, and we love the end product.

Had a great experience with the staff and installers and love the ease of using the Murphy Bed. We got the mattress there as well but found it a bit soft for our needs and it’s non-returnable. It would have been better, in our case, to buy our own. But we highly recommend the company.

Downsizing into a condo we needed to maximize our space. Murphy Beds Manitoba had the perfect solution. Desk/office throughout the week and bedroom when the grandchildren came to play. It was a custom made piece and custom color scheme. We are very happy with the quality and weight of the Murphy bed. Any initial service concerns were readily addressed to our complete satisfaction. You get a quality product from this place.

Here’s the experience I had trying to engage with your company. I wanted a Murphy bed, so I went to your site and there were no prices. Fair enough. So I pressed the quote button. First, you sent me to another screen talking about how your products aren’t inexpensive and, before you would give me the quote, I was required to watch a video which could’ve been summarized in one sentence: “quality materials good, cheap materials bad.” Then, after being asked to confirm I was super duper sure I wanted a quote, I was told someone would be in touch. Here we are two about weeks later and I’ve received four emails from you, none of which has been a quote I asked for. Just spam hyping your products. If I could draw an analogy to attempting to solicit your services, it would be to those recipe websites that hit you with a 1500 word essay about the dish you are trying to cook, and all you want is to know what to buy from Safeway. The customer experience you offer tells me you don’t value my time, which is far more precious than money.
