Performance Review - Mr. Saher Mekhaail, Loan Officer, MortgagePros LLC I wanted to take this opportunity to share my recent refi experience with MortgagePros management regarding Mr. Saher Mekhaail who served as my loan officer during the process. Over the past several weeks, I had numerous opportunities to make observations during our many exchanges as the process progressed. Mr. Mekhaail was noted to be knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He was clear and concise in his explanations to our questions and ensured we understood our options to facilitate our desired outcomes. His interpersonal skills were evident in the manner in which he communicated when explaining various aspects of the refi process. Noteworthy, was his ability provide information when needed to protect our interests as the refi process moved forward. Mr. Mekhaail's performance throughout the entire refi process was exemplary. His performance is indicative of the tutelage he has received throughout his career. I was impressed and confident with his guidance throughout our endeavor. Be careful DONT USE MORTGAGE PROS they are extremely friendly and tell you what you want to hear but after you close everything they promise goes out the window my agent Andrew Garmo told me the I would get my appraisal payment returned to me he also told me I wouldn’t have to make my first payment for 2 months which were both lies I closed oct 27 and received my first bill due on dec 1, they also did not refund my 860 for the appraisal. After repeated attempts to contact him to try and resolve my issues he always had a excuse why he couldn’t talk until he just stop pick up my calls or text me back don’t trust a word they tell you
