EDIT: Since posting my one star review, one of their reps reached out with a sincere apology. He said he was committed to bettering the company and that he would make sure I was put on a do not call list. I appreciated him reaching out, so im raising my review. "Disclaimer, I have not and will not work with them. I’m refinancing through another company, and somehow morgage pros got my information. In 1 day I’ve received 20 calls from them. I’ve asked to be removed from their call list multiple times. One star for being very annoying."

Excellent choice. That version really highlights his professionalism and the "above and beyond" effort he put into the due diligence. I recently acted as the Notary Signing Agent for one of Ivan Bahnam’s clients, Mr. Carrion, and I was thoroughly impressed. Ivan was present and available throughout the entire signing to answer every question the client had. What stood out most was his commitment to accuracy—if there was a complex detail he didn't have on hand, he immediately performed the extra due diligence to get the right answer. Our constant communication made the entire process seamless. It’s rare to work with a loan officer so dedicated to a successful closing. Highly recommended!

I started the loan process with one loan officer that did not return my calls, made it sound like my payments would be very low, said I could pull money from my line of credit any time and did not tell me I had a limited time frame. We went from what I thought was a great idea to not wanting to deal with her or the company she worked for. For a couple days I didn’t hear from them and then Rivan Hanna sent me a text asking if he could help me with the loan. Long story short, we closed the loan in 2 days. He explained everything to me exactly as my daughter who handled loans like this so I knew he was being honest with me. We will have our money on Tuesday and can get on with doing the projects we want in our home. Thanks Rivan you were a great help. If you are ever in Daytona Beach you need to look me up. Mortgage Pros are just that. They are 5 Star

This company is a scam and will continually harass you for months. Do not give them your information. They spelt my name wrong on MULTIPLE official documents, even after corrections. I decided to go a different direction and they called me over and over (once even at 11pm on a weekend) and sent me texts constantly for months even after asking them to stop every time. Unprofessional and not communicative.
