After some initial mis communication with our account manager on timing of install, the team at MSM stone finally came on site yesterday and WOW. The whole team was professional and took a lot of care while on site at our property. The stone was cut beautifully and the install was excellent!!! We had a large slab for a feature wall which wouldn’t fit in the lift - they immediately drove it back for a fine cut and the invisible install is Just WOW - you can’t even see the join! The working communication our interior decorator received from the team was on site warm and professional. MSM stone came highly recommended from CDK stone where we purchased our stone, and we now know why. We will be recommending to all our friends. It is also the first time our interior decorator has worked with MSM stone but it won’t be the last. A big thank you to the owner Zak who was clear in communications and sorted out the booking of our install. Fantastic team - we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Had a great experience with MSM, I'm a carpenter and just finished up a renovation. They were very easy to work with, have great attention to detail and were super efficient with getting drawings, renders and stone installed. Stone masonry also at its finest which is great to see!

Highly recommend MSM stone. Service is great, they provide many shop drawings and renders - so you know exactly what you are going to get. Finished product has turned out great. Edges are polished beautifully, my feature curve splashback is perfectly round and smooth. The mitred edges are also really great, you can tell they are highly skilled stonemasons ! Super friendly as well!

I have recently engaged MSM Stonemasons in Dandenong to install the stone at my place. The work is done in two stages. Thus far the service, communications and work have been remarkable. Special thanks to Aref and his coworker. I had the pleasure of having Aref installing the vanity top and niche. He has been very professional, polite, diligent and paid attention to details. He has made sure I was happy with the job and spent substantial time to that end. This is rare these days with tradies!

We recently added stone work to our renovated house in Essendon, and it looks fantastic! The quality and detail are amazing. I have found the whole team at MSM to be extremely , friendly and communicative I cannot recommend them highly enough. I am a high end architectural builder who requires minute and precise details which the guys helped with and went out of their way to achieve 100% - not all stonemasons can do this. Interestingly they use lidar for precise site measures which helps with the shop drawing review and precision of the stone. . Also , they were very quick and the price was reasonable.
