I am SO happy we chose to work with Lisa at South County Window Coverings! We moved into a brand new home and needed window coverings in almost every room in the house. Lisa really took her time to explain each option and helped us decide what would look best in each space. I cannot be more thankful for her expertise and knowledge! We did wooden shutters, roller shades, Roman shades, and custom drapery. We are so happy with the final product! Our old sliding screen doors were worn out after 15 years. We wanted newer design and technology. We called South County and Steen came out and talked to us. Two weeks later we got the entry sliders we wanted. He installed it and adjusted my front doors as well. His service was excellent. I believe that we got quality doors with excellent value. He even customized them since I am disabled.

Ordered the magnetic roll French screen doors at $625 each from Steen! He came and measured and it was available to be installed in two weeks. Installation was only an hour for two doors! He even provided a spray for easy glide! Price have definitely increased from $500 from over three years ago! Definitely recommend and hopeful that they will last for more than a decade!!

Bait & switch! Steen installed two retractable screens for us two years ago. Tried to get two more installed a few months later. Never returned any of my numerous phone calls or emails. Now 4/22/25 I called Steen again because one of the screens is not retracting completely. He actually answered and said he will check his schedule and call me back to come take a look at it. Haven't heard a thing in over a week. Save your money and go with another reputable company that will return your calls and stand behind their product. This company will take your money and run! Horrible customer service!!

Contractor will damage property and deny any ownership on their negligence. From trying to complete over bandwidth and leaving exposed roofs to damaging AC units. Wouldn’t be worth your time and effort as such an important purchase to make. Please do diligence on this company if considering.

Lake Erie Roofing is replacing all of the roofs in my community. They’re working very quickly, and I’m really impressed with the quality of their work. They begin at 7 AM sharp every day, take a one hour break from 12-1 PM and finish at 6 PM. They leave the community clean every day when they finish, and the workers are all very friendly. I’m very pleased with them, and will recommend them to anyone I know who needs a new roof or roof repairs.

Scheduled an appointment, they couldn't squeeze me in for 2 weeks. Several emails reminding me, several texts reminding me, called the day before to confirm, texted twice the day of to remind, canceled appointment 4 minutes before the appointment, through text, didn't even have enough class to call. I couldn't imagine how poorly they'd do the work.

We had 10 Hunter Douglas roller shades and a retractable screen door installed. Half of the roller shades are motorized/remote operated. Steen was fantastic to work with. His measurements were spot on, the shades and screen door look fabulous, his prices were reasonable and he always showed up on time. He even went the extra step and helped us swap the screen on another one of screen doors at no cost. Such a great guy with lots of integrity. We are so glad our designer recommended Steen and will be working with him in the future when we get our front windows replaced. This is a local family business with excellent customer service!!
