I don’t see you on our customer list. Not sure this is us. But if it is, you should call us to correct anything you feel is not right. With over 15,000 TVs mounted, Our process always reviews the final job before we accept payment to to our customers satisfaction.we rarely have blind sided reviews as we stay with the job till finished.

This is the second house we have used Mr Home Guy. The first time Joe was excellent, professional, friendly and has all different types of brackets with him so you don’t have to do anything. Best experience I have had finding someone online. Great guy! Showed up immediately, same day, with a mount. And set up my huge tv on the wall in under 20 minutes. I will be using him again!!!

The TV seems solidly mounted and the job was done quickly and on time, but the technician scratched our newly finished wood floor and did nothing when I pointed it out. He said he couldn't center the TV on the wall, but the language barrier made it difficult for me to feel confident that this was true. I shared these points with the company in a message over Yelp and four days later I haven't heard back. The TV isn't perfectly level, either.

A four star service is someone who shows up, gets the job done well on time for a reasonable cost. Five stars is when they get you the part you thought you needed but didnt have, puts up with the otherwise day you are having / mood, and solves the problem and offers to solve another not even in their sphere of operations. Exceptional.
