Fantastic experience from start to finish with Derek. He was efficient and professional, and he made a point of asking for my input and checking whether I had any concerns as he worked. The mount looks great and the TV is perfectly level and secure. Superb work.

This is my second time hiring Mr Home Guy (though the first time I did it, about a decade ago for a thermostat installation, it was just Joe the owner).
The person the company sent was on time, polite, and quick. Once the TV was up, he was meticulous in trying to make it level, and it ended up great.
I appreciated MHG’s quick responses and ability to schedule quickly. The Thumbtack platform apparently does not pass all of the information through to the companies, nor allow them granular enough control over pricing levers to make use of it, so the original estimate was not accurate; Joe had intended to send an update quote with the scheduling confirmation, but that didn’t come through, and I didn’t realize until it was time to pay.
I don’t think it’s an issue with MHG specifically, so until Thumbtack can make it easier for the companies to calculate estimates automatically, make sure to get updated quotes from everyone here!

Thank you Fred. I appreciate the review.
Zak installed a 120 inch motorized projector screen in my living room and it turned out amazing.
Zak was extremely friendly and professional. He ensured the positioning was exactly what I wanted, and the entire job took less than 90 minutes.
I would recommend Mr Home Guy to anyone!

Thank you Michael! Your support is appreciated. Thank you for the 5 star review
We hired Mr. Home Guy to mount three television menu boards for our business. Joe was extremely flexible and patient with us as we worked through scheduling and construction logistics. He made great suggestions for us that has gotten us off to a good start for our new business. I highly recommend Mr. Home Guy for all of your tech mounting needs.
Incredible service that saves a lot of time and frustration. Mr. Home Guy is a true professional!

Was shocked how quickly they responded. Got my TV hung up literally 5 hours after I requested someone to come. Whole process only took 15 minutes and my pro was very sweet. Highly recommend.
Easy to schedule and quick follow up for a tv mount and ceiling fan. Basel was professional and efficient. Would use again and refer friends and family.
Zak did an outstanding job mounting our tv. He was incredibly efficient, communicative, and respectful along the way!
They did a great job mounting our TV. However I was disappointed with the punctuality. The appointment was scheduled for 11-1, I agreed to move it to 2-3 when they asked, but they did not arrive until 4:45.

Madison, thank you for the feedback. We always appreciate the feedback and strive for five star reviews and perfect installations. However, the city traffic has become horrendous these days with bike lanes bus lanes and grid lock. As a local service business, we try to service everybody locally and have moved to a booking window, unfortunately some days we missed the windows, but we always communicate not to hold you waiting for us. We hope you enjoy your new install,
