This is without question a company to avoid. I placed an order knowing that shipping was to take place between 2-10 days. After 10 days passed, and with no email being received about the shipment, I clicked on support only to find out it was impossible to reach anyone live. Therefore, I sent an email instead. An automated email was returned which indicated that a reply would be received within 48 hours. I was emailed timely and the email stated that the shipment would be sent by the end of the week. Guess what? No shipment was sent. Three weeks had passed. Finally, I sent another email saying that if the order wasn’t sent by the following Tuesday I would call my bank to arrange for a credit to my credit card account and cancellation of the order. The order shipped on that Tuesday.
Keep in mind, the company charged me the day of the order with shipment not occurring until 3 1/2 weeks later. I believe this practice is unusual, if not illegal, based on my experience with many other vendors. One is usually charged when the goods are shipped. One other thing, the link to track my package was broken.
All in all, a rotten experience. Stay away.
