This is the second time we've used MPH. The first was to unblock a toilet and drain on new year's Eve during a party. The second was today when our outside drain from the sink and dishwasher was completely backing up. Fixed and cleaned up within the hour. (It was a fat globule blockage, yuk). Totally professional and not fazed by anything. Ajay, you're a star. Thank you again.

Did not turn up on the day, when we rang to check they claimed to have phoned up to change the day but this was not the case. Rearranged for the next day where they were over an hour late. The workmen who did the job however were great, just issues with booking and communication.

I have been struggling for months to find anyone to come out to look at my drains because of a smell I was getting inside the house, I tried several companies who didn’t want to know, MPH came out within a week of me contacting them, they identified the problem, talked my husband and I through the issue, showed us the camera footage and said they could fix it. We received our quote within days and a week later they returned to complete the work. They carried out the work to a very standard, and I am thrilled, especially as my house doesn’t have a smell in the lower level anymore, Tony and the guys were phenomenal I am so pleased I found them as company and I hope to use them again in the future on another job. I would highly recommend MPH for any drain work, and Thank you again.

I would highly recommend this company. Joel who is a credit to MPH services persevered and sorted out our well overflow over three visits Root cutting and camera equipment were used and nothing was too much trouble for this gentleman who I wouldn’t hesitate to employ if I was still in business.Very well done MPH and Thankyou.

MPH addressed some complex problems in our drainage system that other companies had shied away from. MPH straightened some underground piping, removed blocking roots and re-lined sections of piping - all several metres below the earth surface. They were highly professional, extremely expert and kept us fully advised of the procedures they were implementing. This is a highly professional company with really experienced engineers and we are very appreciative of their service.

Advertised as local but in a different county. Charged travelling time. Bought goods on account from Jewson (so would have got a discount) then added a 22.5% mark up on the full price. Charged £190.20 per hour labour. Cost nearly £3k for a day and half work with little materials cost. Complained to company who think the charges are acceptable. Complained to Checkatrade in April and after numerous emails & telephone calls, they now tell me that the company have not responded to them but they have done nothing wrong so won't break the affiliation. MPH will continue to pay a fee to affiliate to Checkatrade & the public will continue to be ripped off. Avoid!!!!!!

Recently used MPH Drain Services for one of our primary schools which has been suffering with extensive issues due to root ingress and several sections which have dropped. We had Colin attend for initial site survey and emergency unblocking works which were completed efficiently with minimum disruption to school business. We then had Colin attend for the root cutting and drain lining works over 4 days in the recent half term. All completed on time with success.
