Went into the Move On store in mall of Africa and the staff are rude and made me feel very uncomfortable, no one asked if I needed assistance and they stood laughing and giggling. Wouldn't be going back there to shop.

Bought this shoe mid Oct, loved it so pretty... first day the tips came off and the stitching started coming off as you see in the picture. Had to put tips and secons time same thing and now I can't even wear it anymore 1300 later... went to the store, they told me manager was nit there and to send an email... whatttttt

i received some shocking service from moveon in fourways .i bought shoes and when i got home i realized they are not in good condition,i returned them and they opted for refund since they couldn't replace.the refunded on my card .few days later they fraudulent store took the money from account again ,i have been trying to resolve this for over 3 weeks now .the manager at four ways store he is not bothered or competent to deal with query .he promised to call but he never call and i call him everyday to hear him say absolutely nothing ,this is the most shocking exprience ever .im warning you about this store and poorly management

Rude staff. I was looking at a shoe in the window, when I picked it up the staff rudely said "your not meant to touch the display, you must look over there." I understand you may not want someone touching a display but then there should be clear sinage asking you not to. The staff also make you feel uncomfortable as they do not give you space to look around and follow you around as if you're a child. The name says it all, I highly recommend you Move On from this shoe store.
