Alex took care of my car and fixed the problems very quickly and efficiently. He had to a new key, he took his time explaining the options I had to choose from. Not many locksmiths will touch and Audi but not a problem for Monty's, high recommend them.

A friend recommended this company because of the great experience he had with them after loosing his fob. I called them today at 2:30 pm, the guy was at my door at 4:30 pm and I had a new fob in my hands by 5:00 pm.

The first call was very responsive within 5 mins of my email. Ron showed up and was both friendly professional and did a wonderful job of asking what the issues were and assessing how he could help. I called the office to place my service call and within 15 minutes i got a call from Alex, the lock smith on duty. Within one hour he was at my place to cut and program two keys for me. Alex was professional, knowledgeable and very informative. Great service that I recommend to all.

Stellar service! Monty's came to my rescue big time Saturday morning AND saved me from a scammer! I had just put my dog in the car and closed the door when I realized I had locked my key inside. I panicked and googled "Toronto Locksmiths" and hit the first result, which was a site that promised 15 minute service at a good price. Well if it looks too good to be true, it is -- that other company was a scam and they wasted an hour and a half of my time. Then I remembered I had used Monty's a few months ago when I lost my car keys, so I looked them up again and gave them a call. The woman who took my call (Ruth) was wonderful. She had a technician (Ron) out to my place within 20 minutes and he was friendly, professional, and had the door open in seconds -- and it cost nowhere NEAR the 400 the scammers were saying it would cost! Thanks to the entire Monty's team for being so responsive on a Saturday morning -- and so compassionate and kind to me when I'm sure I sounded like a total nutcase crying on the phone! I wish I had thought to call you in the first place instead! Would absolutely recommend them to my friends and family. (My dog was totally fine, btw -- she's a good girl.)

Fob don’t even work when Its ? this much close to the vehicle. Literally have to have fob to touch the vehicle while clicking the button to unlock.
